I heard they have the best pasta in this area and go have a try. It’s really tasty and huge size! 🥰But I still finish it. The service is good as well. Coffee is nice too!

Excellent food, atmosphere, and service. Staff, owner, chef, all work as one big team and it is an extremely rare sight in the hospitality industry. The servers periodically checks in to ensure the food was alright and up to the customer's liking, and when there's food unfinished on the plate the chef reaches out to ensure the food is alright. I left the food on the plate because of my own personal preference and my quirk of not wanting to trouble people, but having the team took notice of such tiny detail and act upon it and reaching out to me, knowing they care about their customers and their food, that was an extremely pleasant experience overall. Chilli mussels were absolutely the banger and the Bella Rosa specials pastas was scrumptious, and I have been in cafes and managed cafes myself and never had anyone nailed a hot chocolate so good. Will be back for sure. Would give extra stars on reviews if I could

Beautiful cafe on the high street in Carlisle. I got a flat white. The milk on top was thick and velvety, and rest has just the right amount of creaminess to it. Finished with some coffee art, it's exactly what you'd be looking for. I sat outside and also liked the music, it's a nice atmosphere on a chill afternoon.

I'd like to come back and try their food. Getting an Italian dinner for less than $25 these days is unheard of, but in general that's what they offer, with lots of options to choose from. From seafood to meat, and pizza and pasta included of course.

What a great local restaurant! Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Bella Rosa just has it all.

I often come here, whether it's with my family or a few friends, at various times during the day. What's great about this place is that the food is always delicious, and the staff are always friendly! Anne is there all day, every day and still keeps the restaurant up to a great standard!

The coffee is great, the food is tasty and affordable, and the atmosphere is great. Bella Rosa is great for any occasion.

The baby rump and the veal scallopini were tender and on point. Very enjoyable. A bit salty in terms of the mushroom sauce though. Service was excellent. Such attentive, lovely staff and a wonderful owner! A bit noisy on the inside but outside seating was very comfy. The cheesecake was superb.

I went for dinner for my Birthday on Friday just gone with Friends and family. Jake and the other staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was amazing. Definitely recommend the $55 set menu. A great variety of options. Will definitely be back in the future.

We visited today for the first time for breakfast.

Service was brilliant, and food just as good. We ordered Poached eggs on toast with a side of bacon and avocado. That, plus 2 coffees were around $40. Pretty good value.

The restaurant was busy, but we didn't have to wait excessively. We will definitely return.

Our #1 pick of restaurants in Perth by far! Anne and the team are consistent in delivering the best food and service possible. A number of our family members and friends of whom we’ve taken here all share the same thought. Arrabiata is THE dish if you can handle a little spice.

Had breakfast here 8am on a Sunday and I enjoyed every bite! In relation to my meal very satisfied, I had the caprese breakfast and would recommend. Plenty of bacon but at first I was like where are the eggs but you will see they were in my amazing caprese sauce!

Coffee was pleasant and I knew I would not need to do the Mocha test here. Though I would recommend you go here mainly for the food (coffee was still very good through ;).

Have been here before and of course I'll be back!

Had dinner at Cafe Bella Rosa. The food was really delicious. Very Generous servings. Service was fantastic. Staff are very friendly. Will definitely be returning again for meals. I also get coffee weekly from there too. It’s literally the best coffee I’ve had anywhere. Plus the barista remembers what you order as soon as he sees you. That is amazing service. Keep up the great work guys!

Loved the place, the staff were very good and they all were happy and friendly.
Some ex work colleagues and I went along to this authentic Italian restaurant for a relaxing light lunch.
We started the lunch time explosion with a huge plate of squid with chips and a Pizza Bianca boy oh boy what have we done.
Both starters were delicious and very big we had no idea what was to follow but we all thought that we might have gone over board with our entrees.
Well out came the main courses and boy were they tasty and large. We all loved the fresh and tasty pastas, this place is sensational.
We had sea food marinaras, chicken Parmigiana’s with vegetables, and carbonara etc .
We could have fed the entire Perth Football club it was tremendous.
The atmosphere was very good and that was complemented by the efficient and very quick responding staff
We all felt that the service was great and value for money wise it is hard to beat
Well done staff you made our visit fun and enjoyable

I was in today at lunch for the first time in ages, fantastic as ever. I had the pizza Bianca only and I had to leave before I could finish it. It was fantastic even cold at home! 😁

Truly mouthwatering authentic food served at this restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our food and will sure to return. Highly recommend!

Ive tried their pasta before and it was soooo good. Made me wanna try something else so i had chilli mussel this time and it was the best one ive had. It doesnt come with the bread so you can add it if its not enough for you. Three pieces of bread!
Food is always amazing and they make a good coffee too. Its consistent, silky foam, nice texture..Now ive been there only two times and it already became my new favorite place.

Service is very personal and old fashioned and friendly. There are always a lot of happy customers within the space. The food is generous and tasty and great quality. Competitive prices for the quality. The staff/family are very warm and engaging. My Dad and I love going there for the odd breakfast or quick meal on our way elsewhere. Glad to have such a lovely local place.

Its the Luis Viton of restaurants - with a target type price tag - It's almost unbelievable.

I cannot get enough of this place.. without a single doubt this is the place you need to dine at if it's quality, taste , large servings and friendly smiles you seek and desire !
