Cannot rate Jetpets highly enough. They moved my beloved dog and 3 cats - essentially my whole family - from Perth to Auckland including 2 weeks boarding before they flew. What a fantastic job! I was kept in the loop at all stages including photos of all of them settling into boarding, being picked up for flight, boarding flight and arrival in Auckland. Any queries I had were answered quickly and efficiently by Chloe. I received report cards for them regularly too. Honestly don't look any further than Jetpets for pet transport because you won't find better. All my family were happy and healthy when I picked them up. The photos show how comfortable my dog was with his handlers and the cats were just as comfortable with them too.

So happy with Jetpets! I was anxious about flying my cats Perth to Brisbane. Their level of care and communication with me was exceptional. Not nearly as costly as I thought. Great value. And a big thanks to Lauren who picked up my fur babies. She was so kind.

I would definitely recommend Jet Pets, they took such good care of my babies, as I was a little worried because they have never flown before, but I got a text to say they got in alright and some photos of them walking around and told me how they went went flying as they had to have a sleepover, and when I finally got them home they were full from breakfast and not to stressed at all.

Amazing service, our cat arrived at our new place as happy as he left Canberra. Very relaxed and super comfy. The pickup and drop-off experiences were beyond our expectations. Jet pets know how to treat pets and they understand how important is for their owners. In the end, we put in their hand a member of the family. Highly recommend.

Jetpets flew our 3 cats from NZ to Perth. Extremely happy with their expert service. The whole process was easy and Sherol our advisor was very professional and helpful throughout. Our cats were very well cared for on the journey over and are settling into their new home! Thank you Jetpets!

Please read all the reviews before you make a judgment. I noticed their 3.9 rating after booking and had what you might call second guessing; but most of the bad reviews are from customers unhappy with the quotes and pricing. Our dog flew yesterday from Sydney to Perth. He was a large breed rescue dog (10 month old male, 47kg) and the service was excellent. The journey is taxing for a human, never mind a dog that didn’t choose to travel and has no idea what’s happening. So grateful to Jetpets for keeping him safe first and foremost. Despite delays out of Sydney of 45 minutes, his handlers got him to us promptly at the Belmont pickup. I spoke to customer service about the flight delays and the after hours rep said she’d call me back asap with a status update, which she did in less than 5 minutes. When he arrived he was calm and the Jetpets driver was absolutely lovely. Our dog was comfortable with him and we could tell he really wanted to keep the animals calm and cared for their wellbeing after a long and stressful experience. I truly could not ask for more and believe it was money well spent to know he was in the care of professionals. Yes, expensive however the flight alone would be 70% of the cost. The number of additional people and resources involved for such a smooth experience is well with it.

Need to transfer my pet Coco from Sydney to Perth last minute. Contacted Jetpets 4 days before the booking flight, finalised the next day. Super organised and even got a report of Coco while stayed at the boarding facility. All the staff were friendly and amazing (phone call or in person).
The service was above and beyond, Coco had the best experience with Jetpets.
I'd definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommended!

Excellent communication from start to finish on the 3 legs of our dogs trips from country NSW to just outside the metro area in WA . Very reasonably priced and all care taken. Would definitely recommend and would use Jetpets again in the future.

Having had pets travel a few times with Jepets, I feel I should share our experience.

Quite simply, I can't recommend them highly enough!

They are about the happiness of both owners and their animal/s, full of kindness, understanding, empathy & professionalism. Various options to suit your personal situation. Beautiful people in a priceless role. The cost is more than fair for the services they provide especially given they obviously pour their hearts into caring for your precious one.

A big shout out to Lauren who I had the pleasure of meeting at Perth Airport, and her fellow team member in their office, for going above and beyond for our two purrdies 😁🤗❤😎💯

Delivery driver was great. She informed us as soon as our pet arrived to Perth and arrived at the estimated time. This is the second time we used Jetpets for our international pets relocation and never an issue. I will use their service again.

Highly Recommended Jetspets..amazing service for our girls flight from Perth to New Zealand. Our dog Hine is quite nervous around strangers but the feedback we received and photos put our minds at ease.. they were also the best value for $$$.. Thank you so much!!

I used Jetpets on 9/10/23 to move my cat (who is generally a very shy girl) from Perth to Adelaide, she has never moved house before let alone to another state! I was so nervous and anxious but right from the start everyone working at Jetpets were so friendly and helpful. Lauren who came to pick Morticia up first thing in the morning was just so amazing! She made both myself and Morticia feel calm and relaxed and even sat with us for a while before taking her to the airport, chatting, answering all my questions and giving Morticia pats. Lauren even checked in a few days later to see how my cat was doing. I am so so grateful she was in such good hands. Morticia is now sleeping next to me, happy and purring. Thank you!!!

I'd give higher than 5 stars if I could. My dog flew Melbourne to Perth including pick up and delivery to home addresses. He doesn't do crates or cats so I was peaked all morning after the extremely kind Alan picked him up. Just had a Skype with the dog's grandparents who are holding him a few days and he was an extremely curious and happy little fellow after his big adventure! Thank you so much.

JetPets brought our cat from Adelaide to Perth. From the first contact to the delivery of the cat to our door, JetPets were fantastic. We were kept well informed with a detailed itinerary and regular updates. Alf was collected grom the boarding cattery on time and brought to his new home by Lauren who appears to genuinely care about our pets. Our cat has settled in now and is showing no signs of distress. JetPets service has been outstanding. We have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you JetPets.

I've used JetPets several times for interstate moves. It has always been an extremely pleasant experience. Our cat has always arrived healthy, happy, and clean. I will definitely be using JetPets for future moves.

I love Jetpets, 110% recommend it, the process was super smooth and easy. They send photo updates and there is even a link to track my dog flight which made me feel super super relieve and not stressed. Lauren was super sweet and she really took care of my dog well there is even photos and my dog looked sooo happy which made me happy too. I would definitely do it again for my 2 cats.

I am very impressed with Jet Pets handling of my dog that was flying from Perth to Sydney. They picked up my dog in Perth and delivered the dog safely in Sydney. I was kept informed from the time of pickup to the time of delivery. 5 stars to Jet Pets.

Kate and Lisa in booking made the whole experience as stress free as possible. This was the 1st time Gemma, Donnan and Sam had flown and they all appeared to have taken it in their stride.
The dogs are currently snoozing at my feet after a lovely long walk😍, Sam has found the highest shelf in the home and made his bed there😍.
