Great knowledgeable staff will happily ask if you need anything and give you a welcoming smile. The cafe has great coffee with the play area for kids right next door so you can enjoy a coffee while the kids play. Toilets are always clean.

I have been to several Bunnings, including some interstate stores, I find that this store has very good layout and display.

There is a big "Plant Promise" sign that reads "All our plants are guaranteed for twelve months, if you're not 100% happy, return your plant with receipt, and we'll refund it!"

This is my local Bunnings outlet. Excellent selection of home hardware and home handyman parts and materials. Prices are very good on common everyday items, pricing is a little steep on less common items. Store is always clean and well lit with good ventilation. Parking is ample and convenient. Staff are usually very helpful, just make sure to approach and communicate your request clearly. Tool section is well stocked with a good variety of brands catering to different price points for consumers. Very good selection of nuts, bolts, washers in metric and imperial, stainless, galv, zinc, and machine steel as well. Returns, warranty claim, or replacement is usually hassle free and uncomplicated. Overall a very convenient and helpful store to help you get things done around the house and garage.

Big shout out to the guys and girls in the outdoor garden department. On this hottest September day on record they wrote off a bucket, filled it with cool water, and gave my hot and tired german shepherd a most welcomed drink. Absolutely above and beyond. Thank you from me, and Poppy says "Woof!"

How wonderful are the staff here, nothing is a problem and they make you feel welcome, especially the staff at the Special Orders desk and the Paint section. I highly recommend this store

I went to Bunnings on the weekend and got a raised garden bed. I wanted to know how much soil I would need and the guy in the garden section was very knowledgeable and explained that it would be best to put some hay/straw in the bottom for better drainage. I would never have know that so thank you.

One of the best Bunnings stores in WA. The staff are amazingly friendly and knowledgeable. There is always a bargain to be had on the clearance shelves.

I was helped by Tina today April 19 in electrics. She was wonderful I purchased a fan heater for bathroom and also an outside solar motion sensor. She was so helpful and caring and knowledgeable and pleasant and helped me find what I was looking for and showed me the item on sale. She is a true professional. Regards and thanks. Sarah

Ok so firstly I FXING LOVE BUNNINGS but they really need to do something with one persons arrogance in the wood section ... what a rude unhelpful man he was he couldnt cut butter.. his arrogance was unacceptable. I reported him but was brushed off because he had been there for over 15 years. A young lad jeandre a few.days previous had cut.the same 10 pieces of wood without no issues what a gem he was so polite. a lady Margaret where so helpful on the day i had an issue she was so apologetic for this mans arrogance. Seriously this guy should have took the day off if he was having a bad day ..pure rudeness.

Samuel in the tool shop went over and beyond to help me yesterday. He knew exactly what I was talking about. Great customer service
