I had my first visit today and was very impressed with the reception staff and my doctor. A much more positive experience than at other doctors in Gatton. Glad I made the change!

Great experience at Family Health Clinics Gatton today. Every GP in the area was booked out/didn’t offer walk ins but at Family Health clinics they kindly helped out and squeezed me in despite being down 1 doctor.

Wonderful experience getting my 4yr old’s routine vaccinations. The nurse had such a lovely nature and put my frightened little boy at ease. Dr. Badrul then arrived and was so good with him and kept him entertained and distracted for the needle. (Hard to explain but some doctors are just better with kids than others and Dr. Badrul was a gem!) I am very happy to have found a lovely local team.

Highly, highly recommend. Been a client for 7 yrs. I have a chronic illness many other dr surgeries have not been able to control. Finally I have a dr and all support systems available to me

Drs are great here especially my regulars Dr Vish and Dr Gaurav and always on time. Longest I’ve ever waited past my appointment time is 5 mins. It’s refreshing to have Drs on time. Medical Receptionists are lovely and welcoming too. Very happy. Could go to 3 different clinics that’s are way closer but choose to travel to Gatton for the great service and timely appointments. Thanks guys.

Great local GP - my experience was that they were approachable and friendly, yet very professional and thorough. Great to be able to see a female physician also.

I'm very satisfied with the comprehensive and professional care provided by Dr Kaia Hookenson and Dr Alexis Lazzarotto.
The reception team provide excellent communication and my booked appointments have been on time consistently.
This clinic also utilises the HotDoc application so appointments can be made and modified online at any time conveniently.

Great experience very helpful and quickly diagnosed my problem and subscribed medication to help. Plus lovely friendly staff

My first visit for myself Billy-Jo is outstanding at the front desk very professional but has a caring positive outlook and has a sense of humour and the dr was fabulous listened to all of my issues and is setting me on the right path.

Dr Badral has been my family doctor for a few years now. He is very helpful and understanding.

I find the staff very helpful and the doctors knowledgeable and are genuinely interested on your health and don't rush you.

Dr Alam was very thorough and kind would def see him again. Reception ladies are more than helpful and kind. Stella is also a wonderful nurse kind and caring.

Love my doctor Dr badrul, mental health nurse Stella is fabulous and bj the receptionist is amazing...everyone at this clinic is amazing always so understanding and helpful

I was calling around local clinics to book for a Q fever injection; one practise was unable to give it, another would’ve required 4 visits at $150 per visit and the four other franchise clinics had the required doctor on holidays. The expense was minimal here and they only require the mandatory 2 visits.

From the initial phone call I was impressed, the receptionists were wonderful! Both kind and knowledgeable on the phone and in person. Upon arrival to my appointment they provided great service to myself and all present customers.

The Doctor I saw was respectful and patient, happily answering all my questions.

The nurse who assisted in the skin scraping was bubbly and provided me with great information.

All staff were profession, efficient and friendly. I’ve never received such high quality service from a doctor clinic before! Definitely worth the extra drive for me, I’ll be back!
