Gatton & District Historical Society Inc - Museum

We spent four hours wandering around the museum on a self-guided tour.
Even though the organised tours were not operating on the day, all of the buildings were open for inspection and there were volunteers present who were ever so willing to join with us for a while and explain what we were looking at.
The blacksmiths was operational and committee members were working on a presentation for a recently re-discovered cemetery in the area for which they were contacting descendants.
The volunteers are clearly committed to preserving the history of the local area.
The displays are themed and well presented.
Congratulations to the volunteers - keep up the good work.

I had a great night at the village the history and the stories where great to listen to, very good price and the proceeds went to a great cause.
I would do this tour again.

Fantastic Paranormal Investigation held there once a month by Katie Harvey Paranormal, well worth the time to go.

A great place to take a walk back through time. I would highly recommend checking out this historic location.

Well preserved history of Gatton

Paranormal investigation on Saturday night was great. Definitely going to the Halloween Market Stalls and investigation later they night on 31/10/2020.
