Adam was very prompt in replying to my enquiry about replacing my retic controller and gave a good quote. When it looked like I wouldn't be able to get it done for a few weeks due to being away, Adam offered to come over anyway, do the job and then email me the invoice so I could pay it later (as it turned out, I was able to be there when he came over before I went away). Purely irrigation was recommended to me by my neighbour.

I had a FUS error on the controller. Pi located and determined that the Master valve was leaking and shorting the wiring.

They replaced the faulty components and got it working within 2 hours..

Adam came round to replace a broken valve caused by root growth and in doing so uncovered what had clearly been a bodge by the builders sub-contractors - no isolation valve, non-functioning master control valve! He resolved the issue effectively and immediately, at a highly reasonable price, and put measures in place to minimise the chances of future root damage. Having had my own business, I believe it is vital to promote businesses that do the job well, so full marks from me. Thanks Adam.
