Love this store. Gorgeous clothes and the staff are so helpful.

I have had good experiences at the Floreat store in the past but the store was advertised to be open until 5pm. The roller door was 3/4 of the way down at 4.37. When I asked through the window if I could quickly buy something I was told they were closed at 4.15??? The shop should clearly advertise what time they are closing not decide to close earlier if quiet. I went across to another clothing shop Black pepper who were open until 5pm and brought something from them instead. I work in customer service. I don't think this is a good look.

I needed to exchange a size 14 for another 14 as I’d purchased three different colours via their online store as one didn’t fit the same as the other’s. I told them before heading there, but on arrival they wouldn’t do the exchange because they wanted a printed copy even though I’d only been given one via email (which I showed them). Plus I had all the consignment details, plastic wrap and tags still on the item which had only arrived the afternoon before. They also wanted (if I had the invoice printed) the extra money that it would cost in store verses online (we are only talking $5) . I thought it was beyond petty, not to mention I had to drive there and back for nothing. Why wasn’t I told before going there ? Especially during this busy time of the year…Terrible service Noni B! So I’ve posted this so others will be aware of these ever changing policies and customer service loop holes:(

Never come back
I checked the opening hours and it was 17:30 closing time, I arrived there at 16:45 and the lady didn't let me in and she ven didn't come to the door to see what I am saying. I went there with a little baby and she didn't care. Please train your staff .awful.....

Staff really pushing to make you buy.
