Hands down the best experience I’ve had with a car dealership. Josh sold me an i30 at a great price and went above and beyond to make sure we could have it serviced and ready to drive home that (Friday) afternoon. The team took extra care on the service details and included things that they easily could have left out without us noticing until much later. Everyone we met (Josh, Aidan, Jason) had great personalities and we had way more fun than I would ever expect to have at a dealership. And a lovely final touch, they gave us a bunch of flowers. Thank you all so much, we’ll definitely be back next time we’re looking for a car!

From sale all the way through to picking up the car and even now more than a month later, the service is absolutely amazing. I love my ute and just want to thank everyone at the branch for all their help. I was even given wine and flowers at the pickup. Thank you !!!!!!!

My husband researched used 4x4 drives for our son and daughter-in-law. We located a 2015 Colorado at Gatton Auto. Kristy initially showed us the car, Josh rang my husband and answered the questions we had relating to the car. Kristy arranged for my son to test drive the car. Aiden and Kristy were instrumental in negotiating the final sale price with our son. They dealt with our daughter-in-law dealt the day she picked up the car. Fantastic service, would recommend Gatton Auto whole heartily.

Apparently I have a highly opted Calais, lol. Anyhow the guys here always go above and beyond to find me the correct part that is fitted to my car. With the mix of VY, VZ, Statesman etc that is on the car.

While the issue wasn't sorted on first visit, Gatton Auto went above and beyond to get it sorted when it was found that the issue was continuing. Thank you!

Had issues with my Musso that the original dealer in Brisbane failed to address. Took it to Gatton Auto as the next closest dealer and cannot be more impressed with the service I received. Great communication, issues were assessed and well explained, and parts are now being ordered. Big thumbs up to Lesley and Ashley in particular for their assistance. Small town country service at it's finest.

Very good service, they kept me updated on the progress of the vehicle even though there was unavoidable delays in the manufacturing side and had additional features sorted very quickly that I asked for.

Totally amazing customer service from Josh and Aiden. At all times was I made to feel welcome and that my best interests, happiness and satisfaction in the purchase of my new vehicle was of the utmost importance to them. They made sure everything ran smoothly from the choosing and financing of my car, to the aftercare, such as little things like providing a quiet space to work when I went back and waited to get accessories fitted on the car. Their customer service has gone above and beyond. They have both made it such a pleasant experience and something that a customer does not often encounter anymore.

Josh organised a new Nissan Patrol for us. Absolutely the easiest car we have ever purchased. Gatton autos could not have been better to deal with. Definitely Recommend

Review on their Service Dept - Fixed my alignment, air-con and a traction control fault on my Ute, all my problems are now fixed and it drives straight and cold air-con again. Very affordable pricing and everything explained clearly with great communication. You do need to book in advance as they are quite busy. I will probably just take it here now for all my scheduled services given this was such a good experience.

Once again thank you for the care taken during the service of our Patrol. Today though, staff upped the ante in the CUSTOMER SERVICE stakes and helped our family enormously.
We had not booked a vehicle for the day, intending to spend the morning shopping in Gatton. However when my husband dropped our car off he explained that our son was driving to pick him up as I had been hospitalised. We were so grateful that a loan car was provided for us ( meaning our son could stay with me). Our car was then dropped at our door. Honestly this is the old fashioned, decent customer centred service that seems missing in larger towns. Thanks so much Gatton Auto

Can not fault the excellent service from Sam today. He was outstanding at ensuring the car was serviced to the highest standard and organised a window screen replacement too! Having had many executive cars which claim to have prestige costumer service, nothing compared to today. Thank you so much again Sam & Gatton Auto team. Highly recommend.

The best service from any motor dealer, Great people to do business with. My ute is always ready on time and the cost is fair and reasonable. Parts are genuine and they take the time to explain what they have done to my Musso ute.
