Simon & the entire team at Jentec auto services were extremely helpful, professional & I can not thank them enough for their help in a time of need. We had broken down around 1pm on a Friday afternoon & I was desperately trying to get the car to a mechanic as the issue was only getting worse. All other mechanics in the area had told me that they couldn't see me until the following week. Simon had noticed the concern in my voice as we were travelling at the time & my dog was with us. He generously offered to give the car a quick check over despite having a full afternoon of work booked. He even let me store it in the workshop over the weekend as they wouldn't be able to fix it until Monday. Because we were travelling, we had all of our stuff in the car. Simon went as far as getting the other staff to help me carry out my belongings. It was a very concerning situation that I was in but the Jentec team were so generous, compassionate & understanding. Jentec was also great with communicating through the entire process.

I have a 2009 Landrover and Jentec sorted out all issues that have been hanging around in a timely and affordable manner. If you have a Landrover you’ll know how difficult they are to work on but the team at Jentec handled all issues promptly and professionally.

I will be taking all my cars there as they are genuine mechanics, affordable, consulted around price and provided quotes when requested.

It was a logbook 30k service, booked within a week, completed within 4 hours. Price was expected and happy with the friendly service!

Bit of a shame, I emailed asking for a quote and never heard back so taken car elsewhere.

Rip off and untrustworthy. Really disappointed as we wanted to support a small local business. They charged $280 for diagnostics only to clear engine fault lights and not give a cause of fault. Engine lights came back on 5 minutes down the road so went back a week later and they re diagnosed and said it’s the coil and leads at fault. They tried to charge me a further $280 for the diagnosis (I argued and only paid $80) then they quoted $1300 to replace coil and leads. I went to repco and brought just the leads for $40 and fixed myself. Problem solved. The guy was rude and spoke to me like I was an idiot. Little did he know I was a mechanic myself in my younger years and when I questioned him about the 2nd diagnostic expense he tried to blame his secretary and the new computer software… it’s a no from me mate.

I booked in to get a new trailer plug wired up to my new towbar.
Upon dropping the car off with the supplied wiring harness they informed us that its a 4hr job and will be around $640. Strange considering Midland towbars could fit the wiring harness and plug for around$95.
Absolute, predatory thieves. Do not use.
