DAB Radiology Mandurah

I went in for a steroid injection in my hip. The doctor was very nice and professional but the ladies were both fantastic. I am a wimp at the best of times when it comes to injections but I was kept informed all the way through the procedure and one of the ladies actually stood and held my hand. Thank you for your kind support, I will definitely be back again if I need to.

I had a cortisone shoulder injection at Mandurah DAB today. Thank you Dr Daniel and assistant Gemma ! They were professional and reassuring. The premises were very nice and the reception girls were welcoming. I will use them again.

Very happy experience here, I definitely recommend.. The doctor and staff are incredible and they always make me feel comfortable. They are doing the best they can in uncertain times and I’m so thankful for that.

Finally a clinic that doesnt charge for scans! I went to the doctor on tuesday morning and got an appointment here the same day. great fast service and the staff were very nice. I'll definitly be back. thanks everyone.

I had an invasive procedure and was so impressed- the technician was very kind and he put me at ease immediately, no pain at all throughout - highly recommend!

Nicest imaging place I have seen, thought I was at the wrong place, the waiting area and reception are spacious, modern and beautifully designed, staff are friendly and great artwork.

Was very disappointed in my treatment from my sonographer today. I have an Autoimmune condition, suffering from long covid and recently lost my daughter so I was feeling particularly vulnerable, my thinking was clouded but I didn't miss the smart "A" answer when I asked a genuine question. I mentioned I am very interested in ultrasound and asked some questions but I felt this was met with condescension.
I believe this was unwarranted and I left there feeling belittled. All the way through my appointment I felt my service provider was scoffing at me. It was very uncomfortable and first time ever I have felt this way.
I had good interaction with other staff and it was appreciated. Thank you.

Good that you didn't have to pay but due to be operated on tomorrow and my surgeon still hasn't received my scans.... Had to ring and get it sent off. When I had my scan i asked the technician on the day for it to be fast tract as it was urgent. Not happy.
