Priceline Pharmacy Westmead (Compounding Pharmacy)

Thanks to the assistance of the chemists and pharmacy assistant, I received the greatest care possible while waiting for my prescriptions to be filled or in queue to pay. The excellent and welcoming staff helped me find the best medical items. I was happy to discover that this pharmacy carried a large selection of makeup and skin care products. Will definitely return here more frequently to make purchases.

The staff at Priceline Westmead gives personal service and spend time talking to their customers and help them find the right products in the shop . It is such a pleasant pharmacy . Highly recommended.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to help me find the right products for my needs and even provided valuable advice on various medications.The store was impeccably organized, making it easy to locate what I was looking for. Additionally, they had an impressive range of pharmaceuticals, over-the-counter medications, and health products available. Overall, I can't recommend this chemist enough. They truly care about their customers and are dedicated to providing excellent service. I'll definitely be a loyal customer from now on.

Have being seeing Hootan, Nilesh and the rest of the team for my prescriptions and other products. Especially appreciate the care and service as I often need a compounded cream too and also get a call when it is ready and they are good with electronic scripts via sms from the GP too which is convenient. Always get some good advice and recommendations when i am in need for some additional products and opening hours are great to allow me to come before or after work. Keep it up guys!

I come to this pharmacy frequently for my creams and all other medicines and the quality of service and care is second to none. The attention to each customer/patient is a something this pharmacy and its pharmacist are very good at. Highly recommend it to anyone expecting that extra care and professionalism. Two thumbs up!

I had my Flu injection, usually I get a sore arm but the pharmacist advised me to put my arm in different position. I didn't feel the needle go in and my arm was not sore at all. The Pharmacist was very knowledgeable and very professional.

Being a customer of Priceline Pharmacy Westmead is one of the best experiences I’ve had in retail. I had an issue with a script that was critical to my IVF treatment. I travelled almost an hour to get there and arrived just before closing.
Hootan went above and beyond to help me; he was kind, caring, patient and compassionate.
He stayed back late to help me, packed my medication in a cooler box and was nothing short of amazing. Without his compassion and patience, I wouldn’t have been able to complete my ivf treatment. He came up with several solutions to help me and he was genuine in his approach.
This is what exceptional customer care is - treating people with respect and going the extra mile. Thank you to Hootan and his team - you are wonderful people.
