The reception staff is very friendly and welcoming. The maintenance service is very prompt and attentive. After completing the maintenance, they will test drive to ensure there are no other issues and even help with a brief carpet cleaning. They are very diligent and the prices are very affordable. However, due to being very busy, appointments are necessary each time. I have had maintenance and repairs done here many times.

I have owned quite a few nice cars over the years and never enjoyed taking them to the mechanic. I still take pride in my cars today and have found ultra tune great to deal with and very detailed in there report after all servicing. I would highly recommend to anyone

Really good customer service explained everything about my car clearly and were very thorough with the service and what needs to be done but my bash plates weren’t put back in properly and the notification that it needed a service hasn’t been turned off saying that it has been serviced.

Excellent service. Great people working there, makes booking in the vehicles easy as. Can chat about what the vehicles need for the service and ongoing care.

Ultra Tune Gatton did a great job with servicing my car. They did a thorough job, prices were reasonable and they even cleaned and vacummed my car which was a nice touch.

Great service on my BT50.I like it when they let you know everything they do and if they find another problem they let you know and don't just go ahead and do it.
