We have had takeout from Commodore over 50 times and it is always amazing. Very consistent and generous portions.

Growing up in Forrestfield Commodore has been there since the 70's and been a go to takeaway for years. It's been consistent decade after decade offering a range of delicious dishes that won't disappoint. Neighbourhood gem.

We enjoyed this restaurant. Had the Satay Beef, which arrived to the table sizzling and fragrant, the Peking Style Pork Ribs and a small Special Fried Rice. Loved it. The portions were very generous. Didn't think about it being BYO though the price of the lemon lime and bitters wasn't too bad. And appreciated the water brought straight to our table.Prices are higher to eat in but you get value for money. The staff are friendly and helped answer our questions. And the food arrived quickly. My only complaint was that once our plates were cleared no one came near to ask if we wanted desert or coffee. We waited a reasonable amount of time and did try to get one of the waitresses attention but in the end decided to leave. Disappointed because everything else was good and I was looking forward to trying the deep fried ice cream. Would recommend this restaurant.

I have tried a few other restaurants in the area but this is the best I have had by far! Great quality and very generous serving size - also quite cheap considering! Wish I had of tried this place first when I moved here! 100% will be my first choice in future!

The food has always been good and tasty and the service I have received has always had a smile behind it.

Great food. The wait for take away is very long so when you order be sure to know that it will not be ready for the time they have given. Service is good too.
