On this quiet Sunday evening, we came here to celebrate our daughter’s 10th birthday.
The chef was very friendly and recommended us some very delicious dishes.

Decided to book a last minute anniversary dinner and chose to have a fine local restaurant in Concord. And definitely exceeded our expectations. Lucky to be the “vip/special” guest for the night. Chef Graham is amazing & very knowledgeable. He recommended some of his specialties that are must try and they are truly topnotch. We got to try some dishes that are not even on the menu.

Star of night for us is the Foie Gras claypot rice, I can’t get over with. Got pretty lucky to taste the Patagonian toothfish in crème brûlée (if that’s what its called) it was very light & tasty. Hubby’s fave would be the Beef ribs and mine would be the pasta. I hope I could remember the name though.

Thank you Chef Graham and also to his mom for a wonderful night. Can’t wait to be back, hopefully with friends!

We've eaten here three times now - one a la carte, twice with the chef's menu. Every time has been spectacular, and I really recommend this place to anyone looking for a delightful and inventive meal. It's not cheap compared to a normal restaurant, but it's a lot cheaper than full on fine dining, and the food is just as high quality as you'd get for x3 the price in those kinds of places.

Do yourself a favour and try it out!

We loved this restaurant and it’s such a hidden gem in the area! The food was amazing and we loved each dish; so much flavour and Graeme’s passion really came through. I particularly loved the toothfish entree and the beef cheek. We can’t wait to come again!

Ambience was also lovely and could see this being a great spot for private get togethers.

Neighbourhood gem — awesome surprise find, somewhere that feels simultaneously local yet fine dining.

Papaya salad was refreshing and tasty (grilled prawns were a super nice touch), the scallop mornay fried rice was delicious and unique (rice underneath had some good wok hei which was a big plus), but the standout was definitely the wagyu beef ribs — good smokey, beefy flavour, with a red pepper sauce that had a welcome kick.

Service was fantastic — really nice personal touch. Loved the recommendations coming from the staff, and the chef coming out to tell us about the dishes was 👌

Slightly on the pricier side, but perfectly acceptable for a nice date night. Definitely coming back.

Small friendly family run casual fine dining at such an unexpected location. Chef has such an awesome blend of European Asian influences on ingredients, textures and flavours that totally worked for my Australian born South East Asian Chinese taste buds. Oh mai gudt that smoky scampi broth.

I celebrated my birthday here with my lovely friends turned to family. ❤ The chef was very accommodating on what we actually wanna have— even made a special vegetarian dish for my friend! It was a nice place for intimate celebrations and the food is delicious, well presented and cooked to perfection. Definitely recommending to all my friends and family.

We wanted to have a nice dinner to end the week, and this truly exceeded our expectations...We made an early booking around 5pm and were the first to arrive, the decor, music and ambience with the dim lights were so relaxing and set a really beautiful tone. The food speaks for itself though and this place is truly a must try, amazing for it being newly opened for a year! We enjoyed every dish and were so surprised by the creativity and flavours. Such a nice experience, they have takeaway, private dining and catering as well. Chef Graeme came out and checked on us personally and we felt very well looked after. Quality ingredients and you can really taste the heart that goes into each dish. We'll be back to try other menu items and already have takeaway menu items in mind for next weekend! 😋

Chef Graham was so knowledgeable and he took good care of us! Ambience, food quality and customer services were all spot on but only which the old lady kept telling me I look like Chinese or I thought I was Chinese… First of all, I’m not Chinese and it’s fine she said it as a compliment but it can be somewhat an excuse to say it. Other than that, once again I really appreciate for an amazing experience, all dishes were surprisingly super yummy and on point! and we’ll come visit again! Thank you so much🫶🏻🥰

Cute little gem and the food is so freaking good! Service was a bit slow but we didn’t mind as it gave our group a chance to chat ☺ We stayed for 2.5hrs and had a blast. The tables were quite large and the area felt spacious. There were probably 4 groups dining in total.

What a place. Excellent selection, excellent value, and the staff can be trusted to make great recommendations as they know the menu intimately. Fantastic food only outdone by the outstanding service by the staff.

This is a sensational find in Concord - a hidden and local gem punching out delicious dishes in a homely ambiance that feels like you are in a friend’s lounge room.
Staff are very friendly and one server in particular was very hospitable and ensured we had an amazing experience. Our group was very multicultural and she was able to communicate in English, Chinese, Vietnamese and Mandarin!
The food is delicious, perfectly executed and packed with flavor. Everything served was demolished and not a crumb left!

Absolutely delicious! One of the nicest dishes we have ever tried. Graham is a very innovative and passionate chef. We will go back.

ThreeOneNine is a hidden gem. The restaurant has a welcoming environment, complete with an enjoyable meal and friendly staff. Chef Graeme introduced each dish, creating a memorable dining experience. My favourite dish was definitely the squid ink spaghetti. I was also impressed by the style of Asian European fusion cuisine. Would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant to others!

Had an incredible experience with the chef's menu for my birthday last weekend. Graeme was so welcoming and down to earth but presented a beautiful and extremely delicious dinner. He was knowledgeable about the ingredients and talked through the processes of his experimentation. It was an amazing first experience at the restaurant but definitely wouldn't be my last! A must visit for foodies! Will definitely be coming back and haven't stopped raving about it to my friends and family about my time there.

My family and I came here for a celebration dinner last night and the food/service was exceptional.

Didn’t take many pictures as we were all so busy enjoying the food & drinks.

Things we ordered:

- Soupe de jour: delicious 🤤

- Black garlic rice: so fresh, delicious and went so well with the Beef cheeks bourguignon.

- Scallop Mornay fried rice: such a rich dish with the scallops being cooked to perfection that just melts in your mouth.

- Slow crispy pork belly was tender and the crackling was perfect. Would have loved to see more of the Apple chutney but still wonderful.

- Steak was also delicious, tender and cooked to perfection.

Finished the meal off with the crème caramel.

Hidden little gem in Concord and 10/10 would recommend. Thank you for looking after my us ☺

Dinner was lovely! Delicious food and reasonably priced, and the service was divine. Throughouly enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend. Staff and chef were lovely and we will be going back there soon!

We had dinner at this restaurant and absolutely loved it! It was a nice restaurant that was not too crowded or noisy. The owner was very friendly. There are private rooms available for booking and the chef has a special degustation menu. We loved the food, especially the crispy pork belly and scallop ceviche with caviar. I would definitely recommend this place for a nice and quiet dinner!

Amazing dinner! If I this was a blind taste test I would have happily paid triple for the meal. The menu was not only creative but every thing was done so well. All the dishes were delicious and haven’t had such good service at a restaurant in years, attentive but not invasive. All the staff were super friendly and the chef is world class. The seafood chowder, scallop mornay, beef cheek and garlic rice combo are all must try. The beef cheek was so good that I only remembered to take a photo of it when it was already 3/4 eaten! Would be recommending to all friend and family to come visit.
