Went there for the famous foggacia.
It was just perfect. With Cheese and sesame made it delicious.
The size is huge you car share for sure and enjoy with your family.
The bakery has plenty of options for your breakfast.
I'll probably be back to try the croissants and cinnamon rolls....

The toasted BLAT Foccacia was so good!! Waited a while for it to come out but it was definitely worth the wait, so saucy, flavoursome, crispy and soft! The iced coffee was delicious also!

An absolute MUST when in Perth and craving a Bacon & Egg role. Add a cinnamon scroll and you can rest peacefully.

Heavenly cinnamon scrolls. Bought 5 of them. Ate one on the spot… 👍soft, delicious, kind of too sweet for me though, yummy.
There’s a queue, but we were served very quickly by the efficient staffs.

We're from Melbourne and came here on a recommendation from a friend from Perth, and it exceeded expectations. Everything we had (cinnamon scroll, toastie, pie, cookie and sandwich) was delicious. It's well worth the drive if you're not near Cottesloe.

I’ve travelled the world and eaten the best pastries through France and Spain. However, the BEST cinnamon scroll I’ve ever experienced is at this cafe! OMG .. melt in your mouth and generous sized. Great coffee and lots of other delish things to savour!

One of my favourite places from breakfast, lunch to dinner. There is something for everyone here!

Highlights include:
the sourdough bread, the cinnamon scrolls, the fries, the banh mi, pork and fennel sausage rolls, the b&e baguette and so much more (even just the snacks and dips etc. are so so good)

They have got amazing cinnamon scrolls. Also, their sausage roll is so flavourful. Very well seasoned. All time favourite so far.

OMG just amazing cinnamon buns!! Missing them already! Beef pie was great too and the Italian bread was authentic, moist and tender inside. Really reasonable prices and good quality, planning a second visit!!

I've been here half a dozen time and have never had anything bad. Their bread tastes amazing! We always grab something to eat at the same time. They have fresh home-made dips, ice coffee (with non-dairy options), some of the best bread you've ever tasted.
If you have dietary restrictions, they have alternatives you can choose from and still have virtually the same thing as your friends.
I've found their burger with a brioche bun is out of this world. It tastes like a real burger should!

Parking is not easy to come by but the vibe is that of the corner stores of old. A great grab-and-go place where the line moves quickly and the food is outstanding.

The continental rolls are fresh and filling, and this is THE place for cinnamon scrolls.

Such amazing food and such a great price. Got a few menu items and focaccias as well as some coffees and cold-pressed juices. Best on-the-go food place ever. Will be telling all my friends in the states about this place!

The salads,pastries and other sweet treats are delicious. I have bought bags of freshly ground coffee which is top quality. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The cook book is amazing. Great place all round.

The best cinny scroll I've ever tasted!! The caramelised sugar underneath is to die for. Super busy cafe on the corner and for good reason. Great coffee too, perfect to pick up on the way to or back from the beach. Gonna try the focaccia next!

Cinnamon scrolls did not disappoint! The chunky beef pie was also lovely, the filling was like a slow cooked beef stew, not very much liquid and full of tender beef. Huge line on a Saturday morning, but we were in within minutes. Parking was also not a big deal, just keep driving up the street until you find a spot. Will definitely be back for more cinnamon scrolls, they are $4.50 but giant and warm and delicious.

My go to is always the avo toast and a cinnamon scroll. The prices are such great value for the quality you receive.

The only downside is during peak times there can be a long wait and it's hard to find parking (but that just goes to show how popular this establishment is).

This is a corner deli, so there is no seating but it's super close to Cottesloe beach, so you can take your food down to the beach and eat.

Visited on a Thursday for lunch, fairly busy just after twelve, parking was limited street parking. Grabbed the chicken baguette, burger and cinnamon scroll. All the first was good.
