PACK & SEND West Perth

The whole service was great from beginning to end. Getting a quote was simple and then someone came to our office to collect the items, took it back t the warehouse and packed it for us. No fuss and no worries. Would definitely use again!

Adam from Pack and Send West Perth couldn't have been more helpful. He was knowledgable about sending my packages to Seoul and ensured that all contents would clear customs allowing my daughter to easily collect her parcels. I would highly recommend Pack and Send, I also used them to ship a number of boxes from Melbourne to Perth in 2023.

The team shipped a guitar from Perth to Sydney. The instrument was perfectly packaged and arrived without a scratch. So much better than Qantas who destroyed a guitar when I shipped with them. The Pack/Send team soothed my nerves and backed up their words with actions. I will definitely use PAck/Send again when sending anything fragile.

The staff at the front counter were so helpful and very friendly. I had documents that needed to be shipped to Sydney within 24 hours. I was told my documents arrived the next day. Very pleased with the service! I would definitely use this outlet again.

Great store, went out of their way to collect a parcel that was delivered to our home to early and left at the door then they held it at their centre until we got back from holiday.
