My mum and I booked in for a massage and facial to spoil ourselves on a rainy day and it did not disappoint. The facial was so relaxing I drifted off to sleep. All of the staff were kind, professional and very experienced. We will be back! Thank you for a special self care treatment.

The Body Spot at Shoal Bay is a wonderful place to go and get an exceptional massage. Alesio is a magician with technique and he actually listens to what you are saying and has a beautiful calming aura about him. I have had a very bad back including chronic sciatica which has been treated by dozens of other massage and physios in past 20 years and in that time have found many treatments that haven’t helped or made my pain worse. I’m so glad to have found this place as Alesio has given me relief for the first time in about 10 years. He is extremely and I believe naturally talented.
Do yourself a favour and book. You won’t regret it! My mum at 81 had another team member do her massage and was just as happy with her treatment.

Could not recommend The Body Spot at Shoal Bay highly enough. Had a deep tissue massage with Alessio and he is the most knowledgeable and professional therapist I have ever been to. If you are in the area looking for a massage I can guarantee you will not be disappointed.
