Family run business with top quality fish and chips.
Really well done, crispy but not greasy.
Seemed a bit busy but still only was a 25 wait!

I've eaten fish and chips in every state of Australia, several Pacific islands and 4 Asian countries, and I can honestly say that the chips alone are the best I've ever eaten. The menu is classic Aussie Fish and Chip shop, all it's missing is the jar of pickled onions and greasy surfaces and it would be a 1970s chippie. Lovely and clean, great service, 100% recommended by my whole mob.

Formally changed names to "Collins Street Fish and Chips", ask for the local fresh WA catch when available as it is always great tasting and locally sourced from WA waters. Great chips as well from WA potatoes. The best in the West, Donnybrook Fish and Chips. Try also their great Burgers!!
