Had the sweetest girl serving.
She greeted and attentively took down our order.
She even took the time to recommend us drinks when we were unsure of what to order.
Service was fast and sweet and there was no error in my drink.
10/10 would recommend

i came to the bubble tea store yesterday and your service was great the girl staff was really patience with me and recommended me pearl milk tea and i came back today but the service wasn’t as good. The staff didn’t look happy to take my order or serve me. I waited afew minutes before they took my order. They didn’t give me my receipt.

Ordered a large order around 9 PM. All drinks were accurate and delicious. The two girl staff members were quick and friendly. Had a nice conversation. Great experience!

visited Gongcha Adelaide in Chinatown yesterday and had my typical enjoyable visit. However, it was evident they were understaffed, with only a girl employee managing a heavy workload. My feedback to Gongcha is to consider providing more support to maintain their high level of service. As a regular customer I value their service.

I ordered a large number of orders for an uni event. They made 40 drinks for me in under 30 minutes and offered to help me to bring it to my car. It was Ulrica and Dony that helped me that day. All the orders were accurate and well made. Thank you for your service.

The girl her name was Jane she gave me one of the best customer service so far. She was polite to me, clam and she was clean too. She was being too respectful to everyone and I don’t know what is wrong with the people in the review but this gongcha is one of the best gongcha I’ve been so far.

I had a delightful experience at Gongcha Chinatown on September 10th at 8 PM. It was my first time letting someone recommend a drink, and one of the girls suggested the Peach Green Tea, which turned out to be absolutely delicious. I was pleasantly surprised!

I must commend the staff for their exceptional service. Both of the girls were incredibly sweet and welcoming. They patiently answered all my questions about the drinks menu, making my visit even more enjoyable.

I'm now eager to explore more of Gong Cha's fruit drinks in the future. The Peach Green Tea was such a treat that I can only imagine what other flavors they have in store.

Additionally, my friend, who's a regular here, always raves about the Brown Sugar Fresh Milk with Brown Sugar Pearls. I think I'll give that a try on my next visit, thanks to her recommendation. Gongcha Chinatown has definitely won me over with its great drinks and friendly service.
