Total agree with most reviews on this page it was the first time today I’ve been to this store.
I was inquiring about a solar flood light , I have to say I was so impressed with the advise I was given and the time and the questions of what
My needs were regarding the light.
I wanted to think about it as was a bit more expensive than I thought but after reading the reviews and totally agreeing with comments of great service (which is very rare these days).
I will be back next week to purchase my product.just gotta find someone to help install.

Nice to hear someone speaking for small business owners.
We too have been struggling with labour shortages and have had to turn away work because we don’t have the manpower to do it properly. Hopefully our borders opening up will help resolve that. My team and I appreciate the quality products you supply and the backend advice.
I’ve never looked for cheap and I’m not in the league of the Uber expensive - the products you have put into our projects has always been good value for money - that’s all I ask for.

Joe was excellent, we had remorse from installing bunnings coloured LED lights that really couldn't be seen. We invested in 45m of the party lights (festoon) with LED globes. Installation was easy, the product is very good quality. My only regret is not seeing Joe earlier. Photos are of dusk and late night to see the contrasting colours. The difference this has made to my outdoor deck is unbelievable.

Tip, don't skimp on the $$$ buy quality lights and reap the rewards on the investment.

Have just fitted an outdoor solar led light that is fantastic, dim light at night that goes bright when you approach. Nice and easy install thanks to the great customer service that put me into this as I was initially looking for a wired installation. Saved me the cost of an electrician which is expensive these days. This is the third time I have shopped here previously bought down lights and ceiling fan. Can highly recommend these guys as they not only sell lights but give you their time to talk you through your options which can save you some decent money. Thanks to the team there be sure to ask for Joe.

Visited this store the other day and found the service outstanding. As well, the owner was very nice and helpful. The articles recently about the owner and the store have definitely been twisted and shouldn’t be taken serious. Always get the whole story before judging. Definitely recommend this store for all lighting needs!

Bought my Mercator Eagle fan last year from LED Designs and had to have it replaced under warranty. Because of supply problems Mercator has been unable to replace the fan. I contacted Joe and luckily he had a fan in stock and organised with the Rep to replace it directly. He arranged the electricians to install it.
He went out of his way to help me.
His prices are a bit higher than online but he has a shop to run! He gives great customer service and I am extremely happy with every interaction I have had with Joe and his team.

I had a fantastic experience with the Team at LED Lighting Designs. I was having trouble sourcing an LED down light for our home in QLD, the product we have isn't made anymore. Joe was quick to come up with a comparable solution, helped me over the phone to make sure I had the correct connections for it to match correctly. Order & delivery went off without a hitch, and he even called back to talk me through the install. Very impressed and highly recommend!

The service at this store exceeded all my expectations. Due to a change of plans, I had to order pendant lights at the last minute. After ringing around more than a few big name lighting places, it looked impossible. I called Joe, and he was more than helpful and was able to arrange an urgent delivery that arrived early next morning. I won’t bother looking elsewhere next time, I am so impressed with the service offered when no one else could.

I cannot recommend Joe and his team at LED lighting enough. Not only is the customer service fantastic, the prices are one of the best in Sydney. Joe was so helpful when I needed a specific pendant light for my hallway, making phone calls and trying his best to make sure I got exactly what I wanted.

Great little shop. Highly recommended. The guys here are all very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. They are not trying to push you to buy stuff, they ask you questions, find out what YOU want and then help to guide you to decide what you want. Lighting prices seem to be about on par, with other shops, but the service here was noticeably better than a LOT of places. Special mention to Peter, he was particularly good at making things happen for my install.
