Dough Pizza

After meeting Martin a couple times, he invited us to dine at Dough for our first time. I was a little scared to visit, as I am a harsh critic when it comes to my Italian food.. however, the bruschetta was to die for with a beautiful sauce to ensure it wasn’t dry unlike others I’ve had before (not here obviously). The pizza was delicious with a lovely crunchy puff pastry and fresh ingredients to top it off. Wish I fasted all day, so much leftover for lunch tomorrow (big portions)! 😅😂
My partner devoured the tiramisu as he loved how thick and creamy it was.
Overall, super impressed with this find and will be recommending to others and coming back again!

After having very serious craving for proper woodfired pizza and doing some research where in Perth I can find it, we ended up having a dinner at this establishment and it was simply divine. The pizza was amazing, the dough was exactly as it should be and the cheese was proper tasty cheese, not some plastic processed product, and even though the pizza was served super hot, it kept its integrity and the ingredients didn't turn the center into soup. A special mention for the antipasto dish - great selection of cured meats and an actually adequate amount of olives (it grinds my gears when I get served three and a half olives in a sad little dish, why even bother)! If I were to be particularly nitpicky, I'd say that I'd enjoy some pesto or at least more basil leaves with the caprese salad, but it was still delicious. Overall, after a string of very regrettable pizza experiences NOR, this dinner was a revelation. Shout out to all my fellow Europeans who are fed up with cardboard dough, low-quality ingredients, and plastic cheese - this is your spot. Also, pay no attention to the low reviews generated due to a Uber delivery stuff-up, they are not an adequate representation of this place.

This is by far one of the best pizzerias I’ve visited, it has become a regular of mine. Authentic style with not too much toppings, small alcohol menu and tiramisu to die for! Well done guys!

Went to grab a pizza before a show, great wood fired pizza. Totally delicious. Great spot for good pizza. No photos as I ate it too fast.

Brick stove all meat pizza I thought was excellent. Staff was very nice. Was not busy on Thursday night but was around 7:30.

Beautiful tasty Italian style pizza👌. I reckon, it is just not possible to not to be pleased. I really love theirs rustic style of chips. Superb. I had very, very nice tiramisu for dessert. Gelato was O.K. Serving scoop size of gelato was quite dissapointing and serving presentation was kind of joke...couple tiny scoops squashed in very ordinary ceramic dish 👎 Presentation of the other food was very nice, creative...pleasing to eye

Fantastic place to have an authentic pizza!

The mac and cheese balls had chunks of meat, which was a nice touch. The dipping sauce complimented the mac and cheese balls really well.

The pizza dough was light and the toppings were generous. Well priced and tasty!

Pizza wasn't an average pizza one would get anywhere, but it was good. I loved the tiramisu panna cotta. It wasn't sweet and it was fluffy. I will definitely be going back to try the vegetarian pasta and entrees. Staff was friendly and attentive. He was busy, but I didn't mind waiting since it was good service.

I tasted so many pizzas in Campania and Napoli, so believe me if I say that these guys make the best pizza in Perth.
Informal place, suitable for everyone in any kind of occasion.

Went here to have dinner with my students last night, and it was great! Their menu is comprehensive (there are details for vegetarians and other dietary options) and all the food turned out great! We ordered chips & garlic bread for starters, and a few other pizzas. The kids all enjoyed it.

I recently visited Dough Pizza and I can confidently say that it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made me feel right at home. The restaurant itself was spotless and well-maintained, which added to the overall pleasant atmosphere.

But of course, the most important part - the pizza! Let me tell you, it did not disappoint. The pizza was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. The ingredients tasted fresh and high-quality, which made all the difference. I can confidently say that Dough Pizza has some of the best pizza I've ever tasted.

All in all, I highly recommend Dough Pizza to anyone looking for great customer service, a clean and comfortable environment, and of course, amazing pizza. I will definitely be returning for more soon!

Simple little pizza place on William Street that has some of the best woodfired pizzas in this city. Take no notice of all the people complaining about Uber deliveries, that's not the restaurant's fault...the food here is excellent.
Antipasto was also really tasty and the cocktails were pretty good too.
Highly recommended.

Ordered the capricciosa without the artichokes and it looked so good that I forgot to take a photo of it. Even though I was full we had these delicious doughnuts with Nutella that were so fluffy and perfect!

The service was excellent with the waitress and chef checking to ensure everything was good.

They have the best Italian pizza in Perth.

I am yet to try the pasta but I love coming here for nicer dinners with friends and family!! Really delicious pizza and so many options to choose from! Would recommend coming here.
