Donnybrook Riverside Restaurant & Cafe

The Donnybrook Riverside Cafe was a total surprise. The food was fantastic, the menu had a great range of dishes, so a little something for everyone.
It was very clean inside and the atmosphere was family friendly. The service was very good, seeing as there were only two on working that day.
One of my granddaughters ordered the Chilli mussels, and she said they were perfect and she should know . She is a connoisseur of Chilli mussels.
There was ample parking out the front of the cafe and easy access into the establishment.
My only gripe would be the about the cost of the water. May I suggest you offer your diners free cold water, which most places will offer you in glass bottles.
While spring water in bottles is wonderful, unfortunately, the cost for 6 of them was a bit much.
Cold water really should be complementary.
Apart from that, I definitely recommend Donnybrook Riverside Cafe to anyone who is looking for a great meal and warm atmosphere.

Thank goodness! A nice restaurant in Donnybrook WA that isn’t pub grub and is open in the evenings.

With views of the Preston River, this BYO restaurant has ample parking (including disabled bays and toilets ), high chairs, an extensive menu and also does takeaways.

The pics taken were from dinner the other night. We also held an 80th bday celebration in Dec 2020 at Riverside, and all meals were delish and came out together.

Friendly staff who are focused on quality customer service and fresh produce, whenever we are visiting, the Riverside is a must.

This was a great find. Although we were the only customer's dining in at lunch today, the food was fantastic. We shared a tandoori chicken pizza and it was the best we have had anywhere. Lots of chicken and the crust was divine.

Nice place. Friend had Chicken Parmi, I had veggie pizza on the way to Bunbury

In town just for a night, we came here because the pub was full and sent us away. So glad this happened because I had the best carbonara I have ever had in my life!!

Great little off the track restaurant, and the food was fantastic.

Big portions that taste delicious. The guys were so friendly and accommodating of our dietary needs, and told us to take our time when they were closing up and we were the last ones there. Highly recommend the garlic sauce with steak. Thanks for a very satisfying dining experience!

Very Good Restaurant, Staff were friendly and good timing between courses. I had the Penne Arribiata which was very flavoursome and had lots of Chicken and Chorizo. The Seafood Linguini was excellent. Lovely prawns.
Only regeret did not leave enough room for the Sticky Date Pudding! Great little find.

Best white sauce chicken pasta I had after a long time. Quality food . Owners are very soft spoken people and welcome any advice in a nice way. Keep it up guys . I will come back again !

Went there for the first time with a group for lunch. Really enjoyed the dining area, the service was faultless and food cooked to perfection. Recommend 100%

We enjoyed the burgers. The prices are good as well.

Seafood pasta was delicious. Garlic bread superb. Coffee and lemon and lime cheese cake topped it off. Will go back when next passing through.

Food was excellent service was fantastic love the view out of window when eating. Nice hot Chai tea latte was great in short i enjoy every bite of my food. Great customer service quick service of food.

It's always good at Riverside. Tonight we feasted on prawns - garlic and neopolitana and it was great as usual. Good friendly service and lovely food - bonus is, it's reasonable prices too.

Great food, friendly staff, and really reasonable prices too. There a lovely view of the footbridge, and you're a stone's their away from a lovely riverside walk. Absolutely recommend!

Delicious fresh meals, good pasta lots of sauce, good staff and customer service, overall just a nice experience would recommend and will be coming back

We stopped here for lunch on our way to Balingup. Lovely meal of chicken parmigiana with pulled pork topping. Worth a visit
