Meadows Veterinary Centre

The staff at Meadows Veterinary Centre last night, 8th of February 2024, showed immense kindness and professionalism to myself and my Papillon who was in early labour. Opening the clinic during their emergency hours, we were seen immediately and the ladies were very friendly and respectful of my girl. The night ended in a caesarian section and the staff welcomed 2 baby girls into the world, the way they cared for my mumma dog and her babies was impeccable. I can not thank the team enough for their assistance in my hour of need last night, a truly amazing team! 👏👏👏

To have this service after hours in the Hills is nothing short then a life saver and it's not the first time I have utilised the service, please keep it up team, you do an absolute astonishing job 💜🩷

The vet team were beyond awesome when our dearest little jerk of a cat got bitten by a snake. They were on standby when we got there, honestly gave us our options and were very supportive of the worst decision. ☹ they gave us time, and were very considerate of my daughter who was absolutely shattered. We brought our horse there yesterday because he had an open cut injury on his head. The staff were compassionate, caring and made sure that his eyesight was not impacted. Good to know they are not far away in case of an emergency.

Thank you to Meadows Veterinary Centre and veterinarian Jess for continuing to provide a responsive and compassionate after hours emergency service. This is so important for local animals (pets and wildlife alike) who are injured or become unwell outside of standard practice hours, and the humans caring for them. We really appreciate you and everything you do.

Today I had Lilly come out to help with my pet alpaca “Al”! I could not speak highly enough of Lilly’s care & expertise for our beloved alpaca. Can highly recommend Lilly from Meadows Vet Clinic in all areas.

We've been seeing the team at Meadows for almost 10 years now. They are always very professional, understanding and friendly. Recently we had to have our 2 pet hens put to rest and the care we received was just the best- both for our girls and our family. Truly beautiful humans.

I was totally impressed with the Vet and Nursing staff at this clinic. We had a injured cow needing emergency rescue, they worked through Warm sunshine, then lightning, big hail and torrential rain. We all were totally saturated but they stayed working until a satisfactory outcome was achieved. I would absolutely recommend this Vet practice.

The team at Meadows Veterinary Centre are very friendly, kind, compassionate and professional. They have taken very good care of my puppy through all of his visits and he loves the clinic so much he runs to the door to see all the staff. Highly recommend them as a veterinary service.

Meadows Vet has a level of care I’ve never experienced. Example of this is this morning I called for some help with my dog. I was unable to take her in so informed them my brother was bringing her. I rang at 8am they got me in at 9am. After the appointment the vet rang me to fill me in on what they had done and what was happening. So thoughtful of them to take the time to ring me to give me peace of mind. This is just one of the reasons I won’t go anywhere else.

Went through the after hours emergency service last night (Dr Kennedy) and have to say that he was fantastic! Despite my dog having very tricky veins, he managed to get the blood sample he needed and processed very quickly so he could determine the best course of action. He also agreed to seeing our other dog last minute (who had unfortunately ingested the same poison) once we discovered she had started displaying the same symptoms. He informed us of the costs every step of the way so we weren't blindsided which we really appreciated.
Very kind, professional and efficient service.

The staff are lovely and they truly care about your fur babies.

My whole family have used Dr Greg & his staff for all our animals horses, cows, alpacas, dogs & cats for many years. We would like to thank them all from the bottom of our hearts for yet again Dr Greg & Dr Sarah performed a miracle when we thought we would lose one of our dogs. All of the vets & nurses here are lovely - you could not find more dedicated and caring people who go out of their way to provide the best of care even in the middle of the night! Thank you all so much!

This is a wonderful vet clinic. The staff are very friendly. I only had to pick up meds for my little dog but they ordered it in for me & it was there that afternoon & cheaper than my home vet.
