I personally had a positive experience with Melisi Projects in Tonsley Village. The build was completed prior to the original handover date, the admin and site supervisor and the site coordinator were all easy to deal with and were prompt in answering me.

Stunning designer homes. Very professional and easy to deal with.

If you can avoid building with them (now known as BuiltMG), my advice is building with anyone else. From my experience, the quality control is something probably not known for them and their use of poorly qualified tradies created many mistakes on the first place that they still have to fix a year and a half after handover.
From the very beginning of construction works there were lies, bad communication in general and no very difficult dealing with them after handover. Even items that require fixing/maintenance take months, over a year and still not finished correcting their low quality job done on the first place.
P.S. The only good reviews are left by people directly associated with this builder now known as BuiltMG, whatever it stands for.

Avoid building through this company. Began the process over 2.5 years ago and the communication has been pathetic.
Constant lies. Quick to penalise for late payment on build. I have paid my final payment to avoid another late payment penalty over a month ago and am still waiting to be provided with a move in date.

Terrible quality build. 2 years late. Too many defects to list that were all “rectified” but still done awfully. Not a single straight wall or line in the house. Every trade must’ve left their spirit level at home every day they were meant to work on my house. Poor communication. Very unprofessional. If you’re thinking about building, don’t build with Built MG or PEET.

Overall quality was pretty good but getting them to sort out the small issues that came up was a nightmare. I had to constantly chase them around to get fixes scheduled in and even had to suggest alternative (and easier) ways of fixing some issues (they wanted to cut multiple manholes throughout my apartment to fix a wire, instead of going through an existing manhole into the roof space). Out of the few (less than 10) issues that I reported, only 1 was fixed to satisfaction on the first attempt.

The worst decision I have made in my life is the decision to build with your company. Even my first marriage doesn't feel as bad as this experience with you. Every month (it has been already 6 months since foundation was laid) I get an update saying "Sorry, no timber", but it is really strange because my relative who is building not far away from us, signed a contract after us and who also has a much bigger house compared to my tiny townhouse is halfway completed. My message to people who plan to build with this company - " Run away,Simba. Run. Run away, and never return" Scar. Or ask Hermione to obliviate you or last but not least GIVE YOU BRAIN TO A ZOMBIE.
