Nice, quiet. Friendly staff. Deli people were very nice with the kids. You can find some international food. Some of it has good prices.

Nice and large, well lit, extensive range of products and quieter than the other supermarket across the road. Prices are very competitive.

It is amazing, you will get almost everything specially in woolworth. I love this place for shopping.

I couldnt sleep the last week its been playing on my mind on tuesday 29 aug after lunch i was waiting to be served at express, a rude elderly lady was being served by a new staff person. The lady began to get angry at the young girl i could see her getting anxious and making mistakes. A mature female approached and asked the lady to be patient and not to be rude at her worker because this was the first time the young lass was on tills. She became agressive when the mature lady said thankyou for your patience and understanding.
I heard the elderly lady state a racist comment your one of those black lovers due to a indigenous sticker she had on her. I could see tears in the lovely ladies eyes, that i appolgied on behalf of a narrow minded person.

Needed sustagen 250ml - woolies are the only place to get them. Bonus find.

Today, I need some empty boxes for packing. When I spoken to Danee, she tried to help me by looking at the fruit and bakery areas, and promised they’re ready for me to pick up at 8pm. I came in at 7 and the boxes was stacked very tidy and easy for me to carry out. Really happy with the customer service at Woolworths Akaba. Thanks Danee and your team. Much appreciated.☺

I shopped here yesterday on Sunday. I must say I am always happy doing my grocery shopping here most weeks. Yesterday Samuel looked after me at checkout. I've never had anyone pack my groceries with such thought and sense. Even my fridge items he separate packed in my large "freezer " carry zip lock bag. Well done Samuel, I look hopefully to you looking after me again.

This place is well laid out, and has a wide variety of goods. One impressive thing is their international wall near the front of the store which has hard to find foods ftom around the world.

Love this shop. It is set out so weird but I like it. Gives me more of an excuse to by more things when I'm trying to look for what I actually need haha! Staff are absolutely beautiful and well mannered compared to anywhere else. Been shopping there on and off since 2013 and love it.

Very clean great selection and pleasant staff

As a regular shopper there I have got to develop a great relationship with the staff. They are extremely friendly and very helpful in locating items that I am looking for. I cannont speak highly enough of these young staff.

Had a really good experience today when collecting an online order. Despite not getting the SMS to let them know I was in the way, my (large) order was promptly wheeled out with frozen goods added in quickly. Pleasantly surprised to find a box of Favourites choccies thrown in for free with a lovely handwritten "thank you" note. Thanks Woolies Arkaba!

I do pop in regularly as this store is so close to where I work. The staff are very helpful and polite. We also use this store for supplies for my place of employment. The hours they are open is also very helpful.
