Great ! Don't usually write a review but here it is. Senior people running the store, with some knowledge that's commendable. Healed my daughters acute ear infection with the homeopathic remedies/essential oil formula that they had stocked. This would have otherwise definitely required a doc visit, antibiotics and a host of other hell to follow. I chuckle at reviews of clinics and health stores that ascribe too much value to "customer service". To me it's knowledge that counts more and the willingness to impart that with courage. Hard to find down under where most are asleep at the wheels.

Extremely helpful.....even though they didn’t have what I asked for in stock, they ordered the product, rang me when the stock arrived and held what I wanted until I called in to pick it up....couldn’t ask for better service....staff were very friendly....as long as they keep this type of service going I will definitely shop there again

I was there recently that I know takes AMEX. . I call in several times throughout the year for Mt Romance items, supporting that business. Today, the cashier told me that my purchase has to be $50+.
American Express cards charge fees 1.5%. On my $20 purchace the business will pay $0.30. On $50=$0.75.
This makes zero sense to me, and I am tempted to call AMEX and report these businesses to them.

I went into the store today 27/02/2020 to purchase some Almond oil for cooking. Farmer Jacks had only vanilla essence for $14:95 but no Almond essence. I went to this shop and they had a very, very small bottle 15 mls for $40.50 I was absolutely horrified at the price I had to have it otherwise I would have never paid that price.

I find it criminal that any Manager would deceive customers like this and are allowed to charge such ridiculous prices.

I will be asking questions and be making further investigations re this absorbent price.

Unpleasant service. I call in several times throughout the year for Mt Romance items, I don't look forward to going in as it has always been ordinary but last week was the last visit I'll make. Completely ignored at counter when paying (I wonder really how this is possible?). Went on to use pay pass, all seemed ok, no one said anything so I assumed all good. Took my things and walked out. Then a loud hammering on window, I turned around thinking I had left something, woman met me at door and angrily told me payment hadn't worked and accused me of walking off. Won't be back.
