Zac and the team consistently provide outstanding customer service. In my experience, they are always professional, respectful, on time and they go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The communication and organisation is excellent. The quality of the product speaks for itself. Offering a selection of wood has been useful in helping to keep the cost of heating down. This year we have tried out a new wood called "Balah Oak". Amazing stuff. One piece burned over 12 hours. A little extra ash, but well worth it. Better than Red Gum.

Redgum seasoned and burns well, not like others I've used in the past. Tyler delivered, couldn't be more helpful and discussed options for other types of timber, pros and cons etc.

Update 11/03/2021: again a fresh load of wood for autumn, couldn't be happier, friendly service, no dust or junk, and delivered in backyard with ute.

Extremely happy with these guys. Friendly and good priced, but most importantly, their wood does not have all these little pieces and dust. They filter it, so you get good clean wood and your driveway stays clean. Will use again!

Prompt delivery (and when Isaac said it would be delivered), very dry red gum, minimal chipped pieces. Darryl even offered to help cover it.

Absolutely brilliant service. We just wanted some wood for a night fire and the man helped fill our boot and weighed us. Great price and service. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Hard working family delivering good quality wood. I just call them ahead and arrange to pick my own up from their lot in Meadows. Have always been met with a smile and helpful hands.

Delivered the next day, phoned to let us know when they were delivering. Wood was very clean and dry, they split a few pieces that were large for our stove. Very good
