One of my favourite restaurants! Caleb is an excellent chef and lovely person as well! The cocktails were delicious! The food was amazing! LOVE this place and highly recommend if you're looking for an Italian restaurant in Perth!

Wow. This restaurant is a standout. I’m well traveled & there are few places that consistently provide stand out dining experiences better than Caleb Restaurant.

Having heard of Chef Caleb’s international reputation before tracking him down, my expectations were unrealistic high. The media hype is justified!

Caleb delivers…every…single…time. I’ve been 4 times now & each has been a stand out meal. From his well considered À la carte menu - that always has a vegan, vegetarian & omnivorous options. To his stand out degustation menus (with 3 to 7 course options starting at only $75 - with full vegan, vegetarian & pescatarian menus available) are a dance with the chef. He takes you on a ride that is delicious & at times unexpected.

Chef Caleb also offers well priced wine matching with all of his degustation menus (from $35).

There is no better price & food experience in Perth. Plus Chef Caleb has so much charm & passion in person. His love of food is obvious.

This is the best restaurant I have ever been to in Perth. A well cooked meal , tasty and fill you up so quickly. The food is artwork on a plate. The chef and staff are so friendly and welcoming. Great customer service . This restaurant should be rated the best in Australia for sure 😍😍😍😍.

My new favourite restaurant !! Dined here last night with my girls, and was so impressed returned tonight with my love prior to watching The Addams Family stage show @ The Regal.. The staff, chef Caleb and food were all AMAZING!! The gnocchi are perfect texture, firm yet still light.. Oh and you must try the gluten free chocolate cake served with spiced jack daniel chocolate sauce !!

Spectacular food, polished and kind service, chef even comes out to have a chat to you. Caleb's merlot pick was very memorable too. So much attention to detail to both the restaurant and each dish - textures, temperature, flavors and presentation. We will be back for the rave-worthy burrata (with special request for additional bread to go with it haha). Will definitely consider cooking classes on Tuesdays too! The fine dining Groupon deal is definitely worth a try. Highly recommended. Thankyou for making our special occasion special.

Chef Caleb what a wonderful down to earth and humble Chef who is on top of his game in Perth. Won best Italian restaurant and best Chef 2021 awards. Got a treat and managed to experience his hospitality and food.

Got to say the food was pretty good with great service. Who said Subiaco is dead!! It is going to revive itself and be what it was used to be, a Mecca for good food!!

Dishes from Chef Caleb is not ordinary, but it is a piece of art. With every single dish you can see the passion and the efforts that he put in there, the art and the message that he wants to deliver. I have not eaten this place until I got invited for my friend’s birthday and I can say, it is well worth. The service, the food and the ambience are perfect. This is why he can achieve Best Chef of the year and I think he is definitely well worth for the awards and his accomplishments.

First time at the restaurant, pleasant temperature despite it being 41C outside at lunch time. The food was excellent as was the service and the wine we were suggested really was unexpectedly good. Highly recommended.

My wife and I have been to Caleb’s 6 or 7 times.
We have not been disappointed with the food or wine. It has to be my favourite Subiaco restaurant . And it caters for vegans and pescatarians with excellent choices. Top class venue. A no- brainer restaurant choice.

Absolutely outstanding Valentines Day dinner. Caleb is one in a million and provided a wonderful evening for myself and my girlfriend. Cannot wait to be back!

Caleb Restaurant is a beautifully ambient, stylish restaurant, with a really cool rooftop bar.
Excellent cocktails and food.
The gnocchi are absolute handmade pillows from heaven, with several sauces on the Four Seasons Gnocchi dish. The gorgonzola was absolutely decadent, tomato sauce from the gods, and a creamy pumpkin sauce to round off the trio. The gnocchi itself was pesto infused adding another layer to this flavour sensation.
The staff were gorgeous, and Caleb himself is a gentleman.
First visit tonight and will definitely be back.
It's a perfect venue for a romantic rendezvous, or a fun evening with friends and family.

We came to the Cooking class and we had such a fun great time and looking forward to your next Cooking class in February.
So excited, can't wait.
