I came in with health issues that two experienced doctors couldn't diagnose and Catherine figured it out in 5 minutes. I was recommended to go this store from a few of my friends because of the knowledge of the lady there. I was so impressed, she knew what she was talking about and was so knowledgeable. Very impressed and would recommend to anyone.

Good health food shop, protein ice cream is the best

I've come here for the past year to grab some prana protein because you guys are my local store and it's extemely convenient. However your protein is $7 more expensive so I ask to price match with nutrion warehouse. Thing is sometimes you say yes sometimes you say no, last time you said yes and sold me a loyalty card.

Today you told me you won't match it and I agrued you've been doing this for a long time. I've ripped up my loyalty card and I won't be buying from you again.
No consistency no regard for you customer.

Staff member was quite rude and seemed to be frustrated by my questions about a product,. But isn't that part of the service
