To all the wonderful people that take the time to post a review I thank you. It hasn't been with out it's challenges but we have built a strong team and we still have some improvements to make with our service to members. Members must realise that the front counter is manned by Volunteers and they give us their valuable time. We would love more members to give some thought to joining our team and lightening the burden on the ones that are getting older.
I have read the criticism of the front counter service and it does distress me that some members have had a bad experience, I won't make excuses but if we had more people offering to be a volunteer then it would make a huge difference.
2021 will bring huge changes with being compliant with the new rules from Services Australia. A lot of members don't understand the system and take it as we are being unreasonable with our requests for information but that is not the case.
Please be mindful that we receive our supplies on a scheme run by Services Australia and not by a private company.

For a non-profit organization. I cannot fault this place. Small annual fee for a years supply. I wish the best for everyone who works or volunteer here. It may get difficult at times with orders and such but you guys do brilliant. (Considering most service is coming from seniors).

So thankful for the amazing support given regularly to us from staff at OASA. A huge thanks to Alison and Michael who always go ‘above and beyond’. It’s been 10+ years of regular supplies thus far - with many more to come.
More than happy to pay an annual fee (which is next to nothing !!!) - which enables us to access plenty of valuable supplies each month.

Amazing volunteers that give their time and effort to provide a range of essential services to those of us living with a colostomy. They have a wonderful range of products and services information and nurses to answer questions that clients may have. Great team and the best service we have here in South Australia.
