Drakes Findon

Had to pick up some fruita for an interstate family member. The young bloke that helped me out was incredible. Wish I got his name. Definitely showed he cared about his job and knew the logistics of the store putting in extra effort to find what I was after.

Ample parking available in the shopping complex.
Always have had a positive experience shopping here with Drakes Findon. Staff are helpful and professional. Have also ordered home delivery via online shopping a couple of times and thankful that this option is available.

Most recent grocery home delivery there was 1 item missing & was overlooked. I contacted the 1300 customer service number, they responded promptly and refund the amount immediately. Much appreciated. 😊

Great supermarket with the best range. Passing through and thought we would grab a few staples and ended up getting all of our needs without needing to visit the big opposition next door. Lots of fresh veg and meat along with great specials, not to mention the friendly service.

I shop regularly from Drakes in Findon because they have such a great variety of all your needs including some gourmet range of groceries from Australia and specially South Australia. Everything they sell is top quality and fresh so you don't have to worry about that when you shop here. My favourite part of coming here is shopping from the deli, great range of cheese and meats.

Staff are very friendly & helpful. Always have a good selection of goods. The store is kept clean & tidy. There home made soups are an excellent buy for a quick meal.

Excellent customer service here. I take an elderly friend shopping here and he is very fussy. Near closing time, they had just cleaned the meat slicer for the day, but my friend wanted freshly cut meat. So they obliged. That's what is so good about this place, they go out of their way for the customer.

Great checkout workers. Always go down to check out 10 to help out the lonely Gianluca. Always got a smile on his face and very welcoming.

I shopped at Drakes Findon the other day. The shelves were neatly and fully stocked ...... plenty of fresh fruit and veg ......great deli selection ......meat section stocked. The Deli and checkout staff that served me were lovely happy and friendly.

I got everything on my list including glazed cherries!!!!

I went to the supermarket at Westside and the shelves were filled with empty boxes and in disarray.

Had a first home delivery today and was very impressed with the service. Everything packed well. Delivered in alloyed time slot. Only two items not received but I did say on my order not to substitute so I was very happy. Well done and thank you.

People are always warm and friendly like shopping in a small country town. I can always get what ever I need there and staff are so helpful and go out of their way to help. Excellent.

Again one of the best place for a wonderful experience for daily household products... very neat and clean and very well organized... Staff is very friendly and polite and helpful too... pricing sometimes is high but the quality is always the best here... Never had any complaints or any regrets shoppin here....
