Jandakot Airport

An excellent picnic location on a Monday as many planes and choppers land and takeoff repeatedly (due to training sessions). The big open spaces with Pavillion, benches and public toilets made it a perfect choice for a relaxing morning out with preschoolers on a winter morning in June

Such a well managed facility. Good access great facilities, even a plane wash down bay!

The public viewing area is a great place to take the kids for some free entertainment. Public toilets and a cafe are there aswell

A great airport with an easy approach for student pilots, Jandakot airport is electric aircraft friendly with a charge station on the Northern Apron at Cloud Dancer Pilot Training. There is also a full time electric trainer aircraft and demonstrator available for student pilots and for recreational hire. There are heaps of other great aviation services on the aprons too.

Great place, smooth runways and fantastic air traffic controllers.

It's much as a training airport. As it's good to have a gentle time in the afternoon. There is a small park here and a Cafeteria named Aviator Cafe. Someone at there says its a not bad taste.Recommend to taste and have a free afternoon there.

The viewing area of Jandakot Airport was decent. Great place to relax also with a café nearby too.
