Pheasants Nest Produce

Fantastic fresh produce delivery service! I love laying out our fruit and veg centre-stage in our kitchen each week. The kids go and reach for fruit before the fridge now. Loving the small apples, mandarins and red pears at the moment.

Produce always lasts longer than the main supermarkets, delivery is prompt and consistent. We love the different things we get; I wouldn't buy them all in the shop but it's always fun to work out what to do with it. The hand typed recipe notes and the best bit and very practical.

Highly recommend.

Nice selection and oh my goodness- the "Lady Bucket's Kitchen Pate" is divine. So heavenly. So sad I won't be able to get it after I leave Thirlmere 😭 Have struggled to find an awesome pate since I got to Australia... Now I've found one (but not one that I can get hold of regularly unfortunately). Thanks for sharing your awesomeness!

What a local gem this place is. Recommended by a friend as the best coffee in town. Have to agree it’s pretty darn good!
The chicken toastie is quite possibly the best one I’ve had in a long time - how does your chicken taste so good! Nice to look around and get some fruit and veggies. Probably more expensive than your average location however if you know you’re supporting local (both the business and farmers) and it’s great quality then you understand why. You can’t put a price on that!
The organic orange juice (not pictured) was so yum also!
Staff were very friendly, everyone acknowledged and said hi.

Since visiting once I've become a regular. With a great range of fresh, local produce and great service it's a pleasure.

What has me absolutely hooked are the unique treats one can get. Both the take home ready-made meals/ artisan bread or cheeses and the simple but sophisticated menu of gourmet hot foods and smoothies.

All healthy, all qaulity, hunger satisfying and all urging me to visit again and again.

Great Food (Chicken Toastie) Great Coffee, Pleasant Staff. Shame there's no seating, very popular eatery amongst locals and people in the know!

I’ve been ordering fruit & veg from pheasants nest produce for a while now and I’m so impressed with the boxes and the quality of the veggies. They stay fresh so long and are really delicious. I feel like I get so much more bang from my buck at pnp than from any other online grocer. Thank you! (Also whoever writes the recipes is amazing, they are all delicious and brilliant)

All the fruit and vegetables are so fresh, and the range of gourmet deli goods is outstanding. Amazing pies, sausage rolls and coffee, too! A little pricey, but worth it.

The food was absolutely fantastic and Great atmosphere. The staff and chefs all super friendly - you get this wonderful mix of local community and fine food combined into what is known as the bowling pheasant.

Definitely recommend coming down as a night out from the kids or bring them along as it is super kid friendly too!

With the new change in food that has really brought excellent dining to Picton, I think it would be beneficial to have some cocktails; better wines Inc Pinot noir etc.

One of the best meals we have eaten in a long time. The chicken schnitzel was juicy. My husbands steak was cooked to perfection. The cheesy cauliflower and broccoli bake was delicious. We will definitely be coming back!

Always a good experience shopping at Pheasants Nest Nothing is too much trouble for them They cut my pumpkin in half today and then last visit I needed only half a pineapple No problem at all The mixed lettuce in a Bag is excellent Lovely sourdough I am shopping for two of us and got all my vegies and salad stuff for $35 I reckon that is good value!!

All the produce is so fresh and a great variety. The food we had for lunch was so yum we will definitely be going back.

These guys are food legends. The lovely lady who runs the Kitchen has worked in restaurants that have won 3 chefs hats in Sydney and her darling hubby who runs the produce section is super experienced in the food industry too. So the produce is the freshest and best quality at the best price you'll find and the hot menu is sublime.

Shared lunch with friends at the Bowling Pheasant. The food was tasty & enjoyable, the service swift & friendly and the venue bright & clean. We can most positively recommend dining here.

Food absolutely amazing, I had the Pork Snitzel and the flavours were amazing! It was enjoyed with a side of Broccolini and the Coleslaw were equally as delicious! we will be back

Been going for years, everything is so fresh and delicious and the service is amazing. Love the way they source locally. Have had home delivery since covid hit, always excellent. Today, during lockdown and after our earlier delivery, we had our bananas dropped off as they were out of stock earlier. THANKYOU!! It's these not so little things that make us feel connected.

Excellent service and the food was amazing! The Mushroom Burger (with bacon and cheese!) was delicious and a very welcome change from the tasteless burgers served at other pubs/clubs. Already planning my next visit.😀
