Broadway General Practice - Ultimo Doctors

Enjoyed my visit with Doctor Peter. She was friendly and didn't make us feel rushed. Clearly has an affinity for children also.

Receptionists and nurses are lovely also. Sometimes you do wait a bit but basically the same as other places.

I just walked in there while on a Short trip to Sydney and was greeted by the friendly reception staff. Got to see a doctor right away. He also was a kind soul, took time to listen and help. It was a great experience. Thank you very much guys!!

Dr Robert Blzar is one of the best GPs I have met,
He listens carefully and shows compassion to his patients, and he is also very professional in his job,
I visited him in June 2023, and I had a problem with my hearing he immediately gave me a Specialist referral letter to follow up and he told me if there was anything I needed he would be happy to help me even over the phone and I didn’t need to book an appointment for that, fast forward in October I visited him once again the second he saw me he remembered me and my condition and he shows empathy for my moderate hearing loss and what I have been going through and he said that I don’t have to worry about paying for appointment as I mentioned that I have a financial hardship.
He is absolutely amazing with his kindness towards me. I am so greatly grateful for his care.

This is a great medical practice, the receptionists are very efficient for both TeleHealth and in person appointments. The nurses are highly trained and genuinely care for one’s medical condition. The star of the practice for me is Dr Robert Balzer. If you ever want a doctor who really listens and care, don’t hesitate and book an appointment with Dr Balzer. He has been graciously caring and has always given me his best advice. It is rare to find a doctor who empathetically ‘tunes’ into your mood and state of health and gently helps one sick to want to be made well, thank you Dr Balzer

The GP I’ve only just met for the first time and he was extremely nice and approachable. Exactly the kind of GP you want! Experience was genuine and he was a great listener!

Have seen Dr Chin for 15 years, he is an amazing GP. Kind, empathetic and respectful - and persistent in working through medical mysteries! Have seen other docs in the practice on rare occasion who were also good, but I travel 3 hours from Canberra to see Dr Chin.

Love the new practice and set up. Always good to see Dr. Lengthen and being looked after very well. Highly recommended

I've been a patient of this practice way before it was Broadway, when it was located in Ultimo. Great service. Really like the new premises, way easier to get to. And the best thing - Dr Tim Shortus is a brilliant doctor!

Our first time as patients of Dr Asha Nair. Reception was welcoming and Dr Asha was thorough and caring. Most importantly we were able to see a doctor on a Sunday, which was a lifesaver

Dr Graham Chin is experienced and highly knowledgeable and helpful.

Dr John Cosgriff is also excellent. Broadway General Practice is lucky to have such great GPs.

The new practice location is smick and professional with friendly staff. 5-star review is for Dr Chin - best GP we've ever had; knowledgeable, caring and thorough.

I find all staff offer courteous and helpful assistance and online booking is also available. The doctors offer great service at Broadway General Practice and I heartily would say if you have medical needs to see them. Generally I see Dr Lengthen but also have been treated by others.

Dr Balzer at Broadway medical centre has been our family doctor for over 15 years. He is an excellent doctor and also an extremely friendly and approachable person. If you are looking for a great doctor to look after your family , then I highly recommend him to you.

The new location is easy to access. All staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgable and courteous.THe doctor is extremely professional, underdstanding, and easy to talk to. She listens carefully and explains whaterver is happening clearly.

Dr Graham Chin has been my GP for over 20 years now. Always genuine care and excellent advice and support. Admin are usually happy and helpful also.

My son has been going there for 6.5 years all the doctors are so nice and kind.

The practice has always provided high quality care. I usually see Dr Cosgriff who is an excellent and emphatic physician. The new location is modern and very easy to get to. 5 stars.
