Park Hyatt Sydney

We have a event for about 17 people last Saturday at Park Hyatt. The location is amazing, you can see fantastic view from the event room and the food is also surprise me. All the food is amazing and the service is fabulous. Marie arrange the event for us perfectly. Manuel and his colleagues provide a high standard service. We fully recommend Park Hyatt to everyone and we will definitely come back!

Amazing Hotel to stay at: 10 Year Anniversary we loved our choice & was the first stay at this Hotel.
From the moment we arrived the Staff were the best. Service 5 Star from all & we can’t thank them enough. Friendly / Helpful & always polite. A special mention to Front Desk Staff Member: Jillien.

•Our only issue: we stayed on Floor 1 & the Balcony Window / Door is Not Sound Proof.
For the Money you Pay & Busy location it needs to be Sound Proof Rooms.
We could hear People talking on the Wharf very early hours. We could also hear the Cruise Ship Teams working all night.
Breakfast was very nice along with Harbour Views & the Staff very helpful.
Other than that we still give a 5 Star Rating.

We had an amazing experience staying in Park Hyatt Sydney. We picked room with the best view of Opera House. Really spectacular view, so much nicer in real life. They were very kind and managed to get us an early check in and late check out. We were traveling with our baby boy, and got cot in the room even without asking for it, with some soft toys and complimentary soap, lotion and shampoo specially for baby. Breakfast (great selection, very tasty) and valet parking were included into the price of our room. It’s not cheap but worth every penny. We will be back.

Awesome hotel and the best location and views. Just can’t be beaten. Rooms are nice and spacious and service is exclusive. Has a nice rooftop pool with jacuzzi with amazing opera house and harbour bridge views. The restaurants are very nice and boasts of probably the best breakfast in town. Being a category 8 it’s a little expensive but worth every bit the experience. Not to miss!

We visited for their spectacular Afternoon Tea. It was delicious and came with a phenomenal view of the Sydney Opera House. It was one of our favorite days of our honeymoon. Thank you to the wonderful, welcoming team at the Park Hyatt Sydney!

Afternoon Tea includes an amazing assortment of small bites, sandwiches, sweets, scones, and tea. My wife loves tea, and while I normally drink it far less, we both found flavors that we loved. Their tea is incredible.

Plan in advance and reserve a time and table far before your Afternoon Tea day.

We weren’t staying at the Park Hyatt Sydney, but we loved our afternoon in “The Living Room” at the hotel. We had an amazing time and we’d love to return one day.

My room was awesome and the hotel is located almost under the bridge and bird eye view of opera house and walking distance. A lot to do in the area. Ms Shelisia check me in was sooo nice and showed me to my beautiful room. The staff was really nice. I really enjoyed myself.

This hotel has one of the world's best Concierge, David. This guy is exceptional.
You expect the iconic views and they are.
One downside is the too machine- clogged gym with grotty flooring, dirty matts
Overall, one of the world' great hotels.

Fantastic hotel in Sydney. I've stayed here a few times and it's a real treat. The location is admittedly not great for public transportation, but the views are fantastic and there are loads of restaurants nearby. Staff is excellent. My only complaint is that the gym/fitness center is small, cramped, and dark. Best to go out for a run along the water instead.

Whilst the staff are fantastic, a significant improvement from a mid year visit, I must state that this hotel has the best door staff of any australian hotel. Fantastic gentlemen. The food is brilliant and whilst the breakfast is pricey the endless plates of the continental selection is incredible. The location is brilliant. The best hotel in Sydney right now.

We are currently staying here for my daughter's 18th birthday. From the moment we arrived my daughter has felt like the most important person on the planet. Lovely and kind staff, flowers and piece of cake for birthday on arrival. A beautiful experience that we will always remember, thank you

Excellent throughout. The location is amazing, center of the Sydney harbor and the rocks neighborhood. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Views are amazing. Service and breakfast were great as well.

I had an amazing dinner and drinks at the restaurant and Anu and Kevin were taking care of us during the night. The made the night such an unforgettable experience for us, they seemed that they loved were they doing. Also the food was really nice . Something that I’ll never forget

We had an amazing time staying at the park hyatt sydney! The location is just incredible with perfect views to the opera house.
Service was great though could have been a bit more attentive during breakfast. Our room also wasn't ready until 4pm (an hour after promised check in time) but we made the best out of it by enjoying the views the hotel had to offer.

My husband and I decided to have brunch at the Park Hyatt Hotel and the service was excellent. We found them to be hospitable and polite. The food and drinks were just as good.
I would highly recommend anyone to this hotel. Great experience.

The views and location is the very best in Sydney. The staff are incredibly nice and will try their best to accomodate to every request. Special shoutouts to Pooja and Chloe for excellent service in the breakfast/dining rooms. Despite all of this, I do wish the a-la-carte breakfast portions were bigger as they have progressively decreased since early 2021. You can ask for more, but for the price you pay I think it shouldn’t be necessary. Also, the same goes for some of the items on the room service/dining menu; the club sandwich is much smaller than it used to be a few years ago, yet it costs more money. It might just be a reflection of the inflationary pressures country wide, but for the price of a stay at this hotel I would’ve liked better. Despite this, it’s still the very best place to stay in Sydney and well deserving of 5 stars

We recently had a wonderful stay here. The location is fantastic, with the Opera House in the view, and the restaurants and shopping nearby at the Rock. The staff warmly welcomed us at the check-in. The room also felt very nice and well-maintained, with the couple exceptions of the toilet smelling a bit funky and getting a mosquito bite on the first night.

Arturo and Yura were the two stand-outs. Arturo saw my camera bag and recommended me view points around the city for great photo opportunities. Yura recommmended us some great breakfast options and warmed us up throughout our stay.

Overall, I think Park Hyatt Sydney is the best lodging option in the city without a doubt, and I will definitely return to the property next time I am in Sydney.

Wonderful 3 nights stay in Deluxe or premium room with Sydney Opera View at 3rd floor with the clear view .

The services was great we were attend by the bell point straight away drop off from the taxi and direct us to the reception for check in.

We arrived at 10 am the room is not ready as they check in at 3pm. However we have gotten the room at 1pm , front office will give us a call to us when the room is ready.

*need to improve front office did not really explain the facilities that available for guest to use during check in especially it was our first time*

Breakfast was great is semi buffet , you could order your main from the menu. Menu is same for the 3 days beside the Asian delight ( everyday different) .

The room was spacious with the bath bath facing with the view of opera house . The bath amenities are from Lelabo Bergamote 22 in residential size.

The front office will trying the best to fulfil our request . Thumb up to that.

Location is a-bit complicated and depends on the individual. There is a distance to the town and the nearer train station in circular quay which required at least 5-10mins walk.

What an excellence service by your team. I booked a table to celebrate my Partners’ birthday. I can’t really recognise everyone but wanted to mention Rasmita, Fiona and Devi for their service during our time. Trout and Tuna bowl was freaking amazing. Vanilla ice cream was incredible. I loved the texture. And Ofcourse Bar team for their amazing cocktails. They looked after us. We will come back for sure.

How can everyone work so calmly when it was busy? Really amazed. Thank you Again.

I went in with friends for my birthday in The Living Room. Amazing food and drinks and great service. I would like to mention few names: Rashmita, Devi and Fiona. Hope your efforts get recognised and rewarded. They were very helpful, professional and responding to our needs. Great view and very cozy atmosphere. I loved the caesar salad. Thank you Rashmita for surprising me with birthday dessert. It was splendid experience. Would definitely come back again.

Fantastic hotel and want to give a specific shout out to Bruce on the front desk. When our transfer let us down (2 young children) he helped and really went above and beyond. One of the good guys!
