Beautiful spot for overnight stay with clean toilets & BBQ area. Donation box located under shelter with amazing historical farming machinery around the park.

What an awesome place. The community has created a picturesque space for campers for a donation only. The pub next door is also a commune owned and run one. I would highly recommend stopping in

We had to stop to look at outdoor display of old farming equipment.
Would have had a coffee or a cold drink at the nearby sports club but it was closed for Easter.

Great little spot just south of Port Pirie amongst some beautiful trees. Clean flushing toilets - no smelly long drops here.
Donation to stay.
Make sure to visit the community social club across the street from 5pm for a feed and some VERY well priced drinks!
**Beautiful, unobstructed sunrise view if you wander behind the soldiers memorial hall.

For the rest stop and little museum it's very quaint and a lovely stop. Toilets we're very clean and the old farm equipment interesting and good display. My 5 stars is for the place and what the community have done here. However the peoperty accross the way had a dog which barked all evening from around 5pm till 11pm and then again early hours of the morning when dark. It was constant and loud. Unfair which will have a negative effect on future donations and people staying at the rest stop.

After my trip down the Stuart, just finding a toilet is exciting, but finding a clean flush toilet with paper, then water & soap to wash & in lovely surrounds in such a friendly place & an old girl is tempted to wax lyrical.

Plenty of space so we felt very secluded even though there were 3 other groups present. Toilets were clean and well stocked. Also a BBQ and camp kitchen area that we didn't need to use but it looked great. Loved all the historical equipment and there was a brochure with a heritage walk through the town.
