My appointment with Dr M. is always a good experience as I feel that I can be totally honest and upfront with my health questions. Dr M expands my knowledge of my health concerns and I have always come away with a brighter side as I am more aware of what is going on with my body. Thanks Dr M. Best wishes from Heidi.

Dr Zeiyad is fantastic especially witch my children. He always makes them laugh and feel comfortable. He has always known exactly what is going on and how to treat it, and the wait time is never long. Have a lot of confidence seeing him.

Highly recommend Hillcrest Family Medicine. Was able to ring at 8am and be put on the cancellation list as my normal doctor was fully booked. 30 minutes later reception rang with a time for a doctors appointment after someone had cancel.
Staff were friendly and professional and I found the doctor excellent.

Dr. Zeiyad is the best doctor I have ever had, he rarely runs behind with appointments and is always happy and has a joke to tell, he is great with my kids and helpful and supportive of all my medical needs. The reception staff are amazing and always do their best to help and squeeze me in if I need an emergency appointment.

Must say Sonel is one of the best.

Great service doctor was early barely sat down and I was called straight in got answers for everything I asked about got my scripts and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

My experience with Dr Dak was very good, he looked after my wife and I with respect, courtesy, secured information and complete honesty.

Hillcrest Family Medicine is my clinic. The staff are friendly and professional. Doctor Zayad Al-Mahaye is a caring and knowledgeable GP who looks after his patients with care and detail and will even share a joke. Please don't retire Zayad. It is so hard to find a good GP in the Latrobe Valley. Shane James.
