We were desperate to see our friend off, but McQueen were unable / refused to live stream the service for us in 2023. Telling the family that the only staff member capable of turning it on is on holidays. We tried a second time to be told there was technical issues. Come on, this is really simple stuff, really simple. Convince me that no one knows how to press the stream button on their mobile phone?
Thank you for being so considerate and making no effort. Maybe you need to employ a younger person.
It is unclear if this is just Technical incompetence or a lack of care. Either way, this is an organisation to avoid.
