I've been attending this practice for several years and Dr Sinha is a really great, thorough, and friendly doctor.
If you live close by I would recommend calling ahead just before your appointment to see how late he is running, or you could be sitting in the waiting room for about an hour lol. The reception staff are very helpful and have called me back when there are 2 patients ahead of me so I can head in.
Highly recommend this practice.

It seems alot of the negative reviews are due to wait times, there is only the one doctor at this practice so appointments may run behind if other patients go overtime. The doctor was very thorough, knowledgeable and profession, he took the appropriate time to assess and understand my complex medical conditions and needs.

Piyush is the best doctor among many we visited while we lived in the suburb. Moved out years back but could not find a caring doctor who listens and has in-depth knowledge. Now we as a family have started visiting this practice again. Yes, there is a wait to see him and this has always been true since we started seeing his dad before him years back. The practice is even open conveniently on a Sunday. The wait is a small price to pay for what you get in return. A solution to your health problem with a direct no-nonsense approach.

Hello. I've been going to this medical centre for years and it is the best one I've ever seen. Dr Piyush is so smart and knows what he is talking about. He gives the best advice and takes appointments. He's one of the best general practitioners I've ever been fortunate enough be with. I cannot express enough how good this medical centre is. I have been visiting Dr piyush and his team at his practice since 2008. I love the way he takes his time with his patients and the way he explains everything. I have never had any bad experience at this practice. He is very thorough and detailed when dealing with his patients. My whole family visit's his practice and are extremely satified with the way we get treated. Would highly recomend anyone looking fot a patient care with true sense of family care. Oh yes there is sometime bit of wait as he take his time with his patients. Other than that a very good place to visit when you are not feeling well. You get looked after well.

Dr Piyush has been my family doctor since 2008. Never ever had i any negative experience at this practice. When it comes to refering patients to specialists or an urgent matter comes up at hand, he goes beyond the call of duty and takes up the matter with utmost priority even late outside of office hours. It's my opinion that he is a great doctor to watch your back and take care of his patients.

Most experienced physio therapist over decade working on this field. MR Bong Lee appreciates your need to recover and improve the quality of your life. Well, I got exactly what I’m saying. Modern equipments to face any type of complicated situation you might face. Yes, I had explanations about the process from him as I was his patient for over a year now. “Pain management” which is a very difficult process to go through ….. you will believe me when you’ll have pain to manage…….hah hah hah ….. I’m managing now.

Saw the doctor early and was a very good appointment .

I visited the clinic with my Nan despite the rating as it was an emergency. Waiting time was a bit much, would advise not to book appointments in the mornings! However, the Doctor was very kind and thorough. He made us feel at ease and addressed all our concerns. The receptionist was Anita was empathetic and accommodating, called me back as I requested for an update on the reports even though it was late. Positive experience!

Dr Piyush is very thorough with his work. I never ever feel rushed with any of my appointments. It is unfortunate that his appointments times do run over time mostly, but it's understandable given that he operates solely and puts time into each of his patients. Aside from that, I do find that one of his receptionist can be quite rude and cold. This isn't really desirable in a healthcare setting, especially if you're already sick and waiting for hours. Please take on feedback.

Long wait but except this, everything was pretty good

Showed up on time for my appointment only to find out there was a double booking. Dr Sinha wasn't even in the clinic yet when i arrived and the receptionist said she didn't know when he would be in. I was then informed that there were 6 people ahead of me in the waiting so it would be over an hour before I could see him.
I end up waiting an hour every time for him to do the bare minimum. Not intending to come back.

If I could give a place zero I would.

2 hours waiting for an appointment I made for a 30 seconds consult about a renewal. Every other patient after me was told 'you can have a call back he is running late' but for my appointment? Nothing.

Doctor saw 3 patients in 2 hours.

Doctors doesn't start until 9:30 (if they show up on time) but the clinic opens at 9 so you can do some prior waiting.

Neither of the two receptionists offered any information up front unless pried from them.

Absolute complete and utter garbage - stay away.

Booked an appointment for 12:30 with my pregnant wife receptionist told us there’s a long wait and to come back in an hour. We came back and we’re made to wait another hour even though we booked. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend coming here. 0 stars if I could

what’s the point of booking an appointment when your told to come back & still wait another 2 HOURS. Absolutely pathetic. Don’t come here unless you want to wait all day to see a doctor.
