Burwood Westfield Medical Centre

I have been coming here for a few years now. Dr Trang Le is so kind, exceptionally good doctor. I would not go anywhere else. Staff always polite and helpful. Injections given by competent staff. Great patient care at this Medical Centre.

Lovely to find a centre that bulk bills and cares. Too many just want to file you in and out. This lady, listened to me, actually discussed my care plan for recovery time on my injury. Recommended.

Dr Basta is one of a kind and always giving with his time. We have been seeing him for many years and he has provided us with sound advice and service over the years.

The front desk is freindly. The new site is spacious and convenient. Dr Le is looking after our whole family including two children under 5. She is very thorough ,reliable and knowledgeable.

Been going to this place since last year. Now, it is newly renovated and stylish. It is near Kmart, not Priceline (where it originally was)
Receptionists are friendly, short waiting time and Dr. Ali is very helpful. Very easy to book an appointment to see Dr Ali on Monday and Friday.

Highly recommend coming to this place if you need a dr.

Dr Trang Le is a caring, thorough GP, and well worth any wait you might have in getting to see her. She takes the time to address all concerns and questions. I highly recommend her.

Excellent service. The centre is well located and clean. The waiting is a bit long on Saturday, but I felt pretty comfortable waiting in a queue

These brand new premises of Burwood Westfield Medical Centre have spacious reception and waiting area and have several doctors on duty.
I started coming to this Medical Centre as soon as my GP Dr.Nagy Basta, moved from Burwood Park Medical Centre to Burwood Westfield Medical Centre. The availability of covered parking and several chemists within the complex makes it a very convenient Medical Centre to visit.

Contrary to the reviews here I had a fantastic experience with the reception staff and Dr Vindan is a legend as usual (past patient from World Square medical). Patiently helped me with three issues despite me being almost 15 minutes late. Recommend!

Dr Nagy Basta is an excellent and approachable GP with great communication skills and attention to details! I recommend Dr Nagy Basta for sure.

Dr Trang Le is so nice and patient and always listens to my concerns. Good experience with this clinic overall.

I see Dr Trang Le and I love her care. She is thorough and compassionate.

Reception and doctor were very friendly and helpful. They were patient and didn't rush. This may lead to longer wait times people are complaining about in other reviews, but I rather a detailed session than a quick in and out that some other centres operate under. They do get busy so bookings are probably a smart move.

Great service and friendly manner. Would definitely recommend the practice.

Best doctors in Sydney, if you want a real GP see doctor Vindan.

I am writing this review on behalf of my elderly mother who is going to be 80 years old this year!. She has asked me to acknowledge the kind attitude, highest professionalism and super care of Dr Leo Gong, a relatively young Doctor of your Practice. My mum come from a NESB and Dr Gong really goes out of his way to make mum mum feel at ease, tries his best so mum can understand his directions and takes his time to explains things as many times as necessary so mum can have no worries or concerns after she has seen him. I have taken mum to Dr Gong on several occasions and I can see he really is a GREAT Doctor and a better HUMAN BEING who treats his patients with courtesy, respect, dignity and diligence.

Dr Vindan is best GP. so knowledgeable, polite and understanding.
Ashna and megan are great receptionist and are very polite.
