Witchery - Head Office

The sale has been on and it has been hard to locate some products online so tried to ring around some stores that are closer to me. Was on chatline and they tried to help finding something I really wanted and told me 3 stores were showing 1 and that it could be a discrepancy and maybe none, so didn't want to waste my time driving to the 3. Tried calling them and at last nearly at the end of the day I spoke to Sarah at Eastland and she was so helpful and had such a lovely attitude I felt I wanted to let Head Office know she is such an asset to Witchery. My husband just went in and purchased item for me and said everyone he saw there were extremely nice and helpful. In these difficult times I feel great customer service and kindness go hand in hand so thank you Sarah and all the staff that work at Eastland.

The lack of customer service has just become shocking with Witchery. Was once one of my favourite brands for timeless and affordable pieces and always felt I could rely on their excellent customer service. Now has just completely lost any of its good qualities and rather disappointing with the amount of people whom feel the same way when discussing the obvious decline in quality and service. With so much competition out there, it’s sad to think in time Witchery will join the list of iconic brands that no longer exist. Very disappointed

Horrible customer service - no care or empathy. Bought this Paige boot only a few weeks ago and wore it 4 times. Fell over yesterday and hurt myself. Emailed to tell them and received a cold and robotic response. No apology. “If for some reason you have an issue go in to a store” - terrible customer service. Bought so many things from them over them the last few months but they have lost me as a customer forever. Do not buy this boot!! Terrible quality.

The membership rewards system is a joke. The rewards on an exchange item can be reinstated, yet on a returned item it is forfeited. Not to mention the item sent to me had a very noticeable stain on it. Will not buy anything online from this shop again.

We are a way in the Gold Coast before all this virus problems
I purchase a pair of sneakers from the Gold Coast
We got back home after 2 weeks and I left the sneakers as I was going to have a bounce knee replacement
Now that am in recovery I went to wear my sneakers only to find I was given the wrong size
I called customer service and was told I needed to take it back to the store

I can’t take it back to the Gold Coast
I asked to send it back to head office only for a store credit
I payed in my own expense to send it back and I was told that they don’t have the facilities to do a credit
The customer service is very poor and now I have filed a complaint with the Fear Trading
Am left with a pair of sneakers that I can’t wear because of a mistake by witchery staff
I was always a loyal customer and purchased from Witchery
I will not buy from them again

Terrible customer service...no follow up from my emails or phone calls re missing items I have paid for!
