Very persistent even after the first call so I rang again, Stop contacting me, do you understand I’m not interested in your Poor fashioned clothing or your emails or your texts. I gave you a chance the first time and was very nice/clear about it, so stop contacting me. Vinnie’s has better quality clothes than the rubbish you are peddling.

Purchase suit jackets for my wedding, $1300 in total. 2 months later they still haven’t arrived and they are ignoring my refund request

I purchased good online and little did I know that each time their online system failed it took my money. $1200 later and still no refund from politix. My customer complaint seemed to be resolved but a week later its like we never had a conversation and like they never agreed to it. Terrible system and terrible customer service.

Politix are a rip off. They promise a $20 discount if you join the mailing list but do not honour the discount. Avoid their online store

Werribee store is a joke, the assistant gave me a jacket to try on which felt a bit tight, when I mentioned this she advised me that's how you wear them?
When I got ready to go out that night when I put the jacket on my family said that looks too small. Hence, I had to wear another jacket.
I went back to the store that week & the girl said I couldn't exchange or get my money back. The tags were still on & I had the receipt. Now waiting to hear from head office.

I ordered a jacket online and were being sent a wrong jacket , when I enquire about it, I was being told to send the wrong jacket back first otherwise I will not get the correct item that I actually ordered, it was so rude it was not my fault you send me a wrong and incorrect item , I was going to send that back anyway, you should have proceed with my order which I paid for and should have sent me my order

Why am I still getting weekly promotion emails. I have unsubscribed 10 times!!
