I was so impressed with the service all round from the O’brien team!
I had tried a number of discouraging companies before O’Briens, but from the first phone call to their office, they were so professional and respectful. Grant was able to come out the very next day to quote my job and he was so professional without losing warmth. Nothing was too difficult and he was happy to take on my tiny house project. 2 or 3 business days later, Nathan was on the job. He was fantastic and such a great bloke!
I cannot recommend this team enough. Thank you for the wonderful service!

As we are not in Port Macquarie and my mother inlaw needed emergency roof repair after her roof vent blew off in a recent storm. I contacted this company the young girl that answered the phone was very professional and the team was there within an hr of calling them. They repaired the roof and made the house safe again.
A massive thank you and I would highly recommend this company to anyone that need plumbing or roof repairs.

Michael from O'Brien's Plumbing turned up on time, was very professional with great communication skills. He installed the new downpipe and connected it to the drain outflow. This required digging up the soil and plants, removing concrete and the end result was perfect. He even put back all the plants and left everything looking great. I'd definitely have him back again in the future. Highly recommend Michael and O'Brien Plumbing at Port Macquarie.

Nathan (plumber) did a great job. Arrived just before scheduled time. Very personable and courteous. Explained fully what needed to be done. Very happy with the service.

FANTASTIC service from start to end. Called for a dish drawer installation and was booked in for 3 days time. The plumber was able to come earlier than expected and completed the job effectively, efficiently and neatly within an hour. I would highly recommend to anybody who has trust issues with tradies, this business is honest and througher.

I rang 4 different after-hour numbers for different plumbing businesses for a water leak and electrical issue and O'Brien were the only ones to call me back and walk me through how to fix things until they could come in the morning. Sarah was an excellent receptionist when I called looking for a plumber for the following week. She informed me that they had one that could attend that afternoon. Caleb arrived within the hour as advised and he was polite and respectful from the beginning. Listened to me describe the problems we had, had a look and went to get the appropriate parts required. Said he would be back with 25 mins, was actually back within 15. Job was done quickly but properly. Once he was finished he cleaned up, asked me if everything was cleaned up enough. I couldn't have been happier with the service I received. I will definitely recommend O'Brien Plumbing and will use them again if required.

Service representative arrived on time. Was courteous, resolved my problem quickly. Gave me advice on other solutions that I could use.

Installed our gas heater , great clean job thanks

I had Alex come and install a tap in the kitchen for the fridge to be plumbed in. He did an incredible job! Showed up on time, was very professional and the job was done quicker than expected. Highly recommend.
