Very helpful owner, I have never missed a paper from their delivery. There today as Age stolen. Yes stolen and last week had daffodil bulbs stolen from garden. New season plant. Have photo taken then 2 days later gone. Don't always blame newsagent for non delivery.

Extremely poor paper performance with paper delivery....3 times out of 5 under my car... complained to NO effect... wouldn't answer phone also...very bad business.....The bad reveiw was posted 2 weeks ago....after having a face to face with the owner...Tony....my paper delivery is now GOOD.....WILL KEPT YOU POSTED

My paper has not been delivered two weekends in a row now.

Terrible customer service.
I went to pick up my parcel, as I missed my DHL delivery. It was absolutely freezing and took a good 10 mins, it seemed like I was done and said, "Is it ok if I go?" The lady stopped me and said no, we're not finished, after I had shown her my driver's licence and working with children's check as well as my email from DHL. Then a man comes out from behind the register, clearly flustered, as he couldn't contain his frustration and says, "No, you need to wait for the process to be completed," to which I replied, "It's ok, I'm just really cold and I've given you everything." He rolled his eyes at me and went on to serve another customer. As I left I said I won't be coming back here, and he told me I should have been home to receive my parcel. I replied, I work and he rolled his eyes and lifted his hand gesturing, get out of here.
Ok, a bit precious of me wanting to leave because I was cold, but it shouldn't take 10mins to receive a parcel, my Google maps timeline proves my time spent there. Worst customer service, some people just shouldn't deal with customers.

I did not receive my Sunday Herald-Sun today . 11 April. Unfortunately the delivery person seems to miss me 3 or 4 times per year. Newspapers are expensive. I would have liked to read about Prince Phillip. Not good enough.

I picked this news agency as recomended by DHL service to go there and pick my parcel. On DHL website it mentioned they are open from 7am. I was there from 7am and they opened at 9am!!!!! Why I asked why there mentioned you open at 7 he says it is wrong. He suggested from next time send your postal delivery to your home address rather than our shop. They have very poor customer service and I think it will be bad for the reputation of DHL company to pick thr faciloty location like this news agent
