Generally pretty good when just needing to grab milk or bread and petrol is always competitively priced. Staff are polite.
The only problem with this store is that, often I am left waiting outside for an attendant to come and open the door. I have actually had to drive off 5 times in the past couple of months due to the store being unattended and not being able to wait any longer.
This is incredibly frustrating and definitely something management need to look at finding a solution for.

Upon visiting the store this morning for my coffee, the older man working there aggressively approached me and proceeded to verbally abuse me about the way I utilised the coffee machine and the fact that I had switched my coffee cup. I remained calm and decided not to reciprocate his disgusting attitude and demeanour, instead I explained that the coffee machine was actually malfunctioning and spilt boiling hot milk on the outside of my entire cup, politely… he was quick to say he had been watching me make my coffee for days through CCTV and insinuated that I was doing something wrong in doing so… An example of how disgusting morals of an individual can put you off ever returning to a business again. 7/11, perhaps revise your choice of employees, namely ones who opt to abuse young female customers. I can see multiple complaints about, presumably, this same rude individual, how long will he get away with it?

7 11 has been my go to place for the past 2 years and recently the workers have been extremely nasty to me and have even gone to the extent of threatening to kick me out of their store for riding my bike around the car park. I have given them a one star review for the following reason which is getting agitated at me for scanning my app too early. Kindness us the key to a successful business.

I am permanent customer of seven eleven for several years, i never had faced any issue before across victoria. But i am rating this branch one star because of rude and illiterate staff. I sent money overseas and gave him my Victorian driving license. But the agent was an imbecile and not accepting it and claiming that i should give him my photo id. How fool he was he didn't even know the value of Victorian driving licence which is most trusted id across Australia. I tried to convince him and requesting him but he was denying. I complained against him coz this kinda staff ruining 7 Eleven Reputation. I called 7 eleven headquarters and I appreciate that they sorted it out and inculcated the guy.

You will never escape me 7 eleven in will continue to spread far right wing propaganda and I will bring down your pathetic company!
