Karworx Vehicle Service Centre

It's remarkable to see lots of lousy (interestingly coupon-related) reviews. That's not been my experience. I've been using KarWorx for years, first for my Mazda, more recently my 2015 Focus. They've been endlessly knowledgeable, friendly and informative. Fixing car stuff is complicated and I've relied on them, spent whatever $ is required and always felt I'm well looked after. Yesterday (day b4 public hol), a headlight globe died, I bought the right one at AutoBarn, they couldn't detach the light assembly, so I contacted Anthony, drove to Karworx and he had the job done in 5 minutes. I plan to continue relying on his team to keep me mobile - and safe.

Purchased a voucher a few weeks ago for 3 services under a fixed price. Just had my first service yesterday and I was greeted by the lovely receptionist who assisted me with all of my questions. I were strict with my expectations and I were filled with joy with the amount of detail and consideration the staff were able to provide. Frank was very easy to talk to at the mid day point by giving me an update of where he was at. He also spent another 20 minutes with me at the end of day to explain what had been completed as well as what is requested and why in the next few months.

Had a lovely experience with these guys and I felt I were not taken advantage of. They really took my concerns into consideration and they delivered on performance. Am looking forward to coming back!

Took my car here for the first time yesterday and requested a job be done ASAP as I needed the car back. The team got the job done (big job) within one day and for a great price. Highly recommend these guys and couldn't thank them enough!

My experience with Karworx Essendon has been exceptional.
Was recommended to them when experiencing radiator fluid leakage problems. This was diagnosed & repaired at a very reasonable cost.
I Had my car, and my wife's car serviced at this time, and again, these at reasonable costs. New tyres on each vehicle, very happy with the price.
Ahmed and Mark have a positive confident attitude, which instills belief in their work. Communication from them on all aspects has been excellent.
I would recommend Ahmed & Mark, Karworx Essendon without hesitation.

brought my car here after i googled European car specialists in my area. The guys at Karworx were very knowledgeable about my Porsche and had all the equipment required to service and diagnose it for me. The staff were polite and helpful. I will be coming back for my next service.

Both me and my wife have relied on these mechanics for our daily drivers and have found they ALWAYS go above and beyond they're duties. Never a problem to big or complicated. The solutions based approach they use to solve issues are quick and reliable. Would recommend karworx to anyone even if it's not in the local area. Top work guys cheers for years of great services .

Had the brake warning come on in my bmw. After a quick google search in my area i found Karworx was still open in the lockdown so i gave them a call. The service was amazing, fast and well priced. Very happy and will be making Karworx my regular mechanic from now on.

Apart from a little mix up with bookings at the centre, In regards to tyresales. I have no complaints very friendly staff. Tyres fitted great. Will definitely take my car back for a service and recommend.

Karworx is the Best Car Workshop that I have Ever Been to. The Staff are Friendly and the Work is Just Stellar. I am Most Impressed and Happy with going to them.
