Signage is very confusing. Booked via Wilson app as 324 Pitt, but the entry sign at carpark says 233 Castlereagh (they are the same carpark just naming conventions are inconsistent)

Best value early bird in the area. Rival parking lots increase in price exponentially. Spots are very tight, so not suitable for large vehicles or inexperienced drivers.

In case anyone can't find it, the entrance is near 324 Pitt St

Price is just ridiculous. When I got the the person led me right to the back of the car park under a tight narrow spot that my car could barely fit under. Made it hard to pull when I left. But $178 for 22 hours.. 178 dollars to park my car is honestly just wrong. Do not use this car park.

Not only is this very expensive ($28p/h), I found driving and pedestrian way-finding incredibly difficult to navigate. With no directional signs to stairs or lifts - only lit up exits to security doors that lock behind you.
The security guard told me to walk down the car ramp, despite the signs telling me not to.

Omg! This Parking area is most UNPLEASANT, UNWORTHY place ever!

First they charged me extra $55 for 1 minutes late exit the parking which is the parking machine was faster 2 minutes.

There is water pipeline on the roof that can dangerous your top car when accidentally touching it because there is NO information about it around the parking wall.

The entry it’s in 233 Castlereagh St not 321 Pt street. There’s limited spots only, most of them reserved by companys so not much space left for public.

The parking areas is old, it needs reconstruction, not proper to be part of Wilson Parking anymore. This place will be dangerous for many cars especially the giant WATER PIPELINE on the roof!

We used this parking in July 2019. The entry is not via Castlereagh Street and this is not made apparent in the email. While we were trying to enter through Castlereagh, we have apparently missed our entry time and got charged twice. To quantify this, they claim we were 2 mins past the entry time. In actual fact, their machine was 2 mins fast and we just made the entry.

I disputed this charge and was told that I should have changed my entry time in case of delay. Actually, the delay was due to me trying to figure out where the carpark is.

The carpark itself is dingy and as most mention the exit gate opens inwards which was totally unexpected and could possibly damage the vehicle.

Customer service and their refusal to value a loyal Wilson user (with a reasonable explanation) means that I refuse to give them my business and will be using their rivals instead. Nice to know you.

Strongly suggest parking on Kent St or even the Secure Park on Castlereagh. Both have been tested and I do endorse them.
