Ruth is very caring and kind. I felt dizzy after blood test. She helped me to lie down, put cold towel on my head and offered me water. Ruth also shared many tips for blood collection, for example, drinking lots of water, lying down and advising staff earlier etc. Really appreciate it.

I had my blood taken here recently. It was a quick and uncomplicated process despite the car park being full. Thank you

Ruth took my blood for a blood test. She was curtious and kind and very very good at her job didn't really feel a thing. The resption staff were helpful answering a few questions. Even though the carpark was mostly full I only had to wait a few minutes. Thank you kindly and keep up the good work

Clean and tidy, friendly and helpful staff

In Melbourne Pathology lab test paper Wantirna South center should start 8:30 am saturdays but when I reached there and called no one was picking the phone. It was redirecting to their center 3 times. They didn’t know it has been changed to 9:00 am. She asked me to knock the door. When I did someone came and told they will start 9:00 am. People fasted whole night and ready fir test but because of poor arrangement they waste patients time! Fix your printing papers and change the time to avoid confusion!

This is second time I approached them. Call center is disaster. Someone picked phone who was confused. I said I came for blood test. He said we don’t do COVID test. When explained for 6 minutes he said you need to try the same number again and again. Someone will pick the phone finally!
Such a bad system!

Rude staff, does not know what they are doing. Ended up with a big bruise on my arm. Have take a picture and details of the staff who did it and reporting to Melbourne path. Avoid this at all cost.
