Such an understanding, caring and dedicated team. Helped out my husband today who had seen 2 dentists, and GP and getting no where - they did not know what was the problem .
After a simple dental filling at another practice he was having extreme jaw pain, facial swelling, could not open jaw much and in agony. Andy, Sue
and Gemma were wonderful - so caring, understanding and helped him out immediately. He’s having a better sleep tonight and some improvement after being sorted by the best dental team ever. Thank you so much. You are an awesome team

I can honestly say that this was the best experience that I've had at a dental practice in all my years seeing dentists. I got a root canal done, as well as a couple of fillings and a clean. The reason why I say it was the best experience is due to a few key things... good genuine & sincere service from the staff at the front desk. Staff that remember you and remember specifically what stage you're up to. This can only happen when staff are fully engaged in what they're doing. The dentist work itself was the best I've received also. Dr. Vas was always positive and joyful and his work was the fastest and least painful I've had from the dentist. They seem to be using great equipment there as well.
I cannot recommend Bay Dental enough!

Dr Vas was my dentist 12 years ago when I lived in my home town but tonight while I brushed my teeth I found myself remembering how kind and accommodating he always was, and how comfortable he always made me feel, and I just had to write a review because there are not many professionals out there that are remembered over a decade after treatment. So when you find one, or remember one, they surely deserve acknowledgement.✨

WOW these guys are great, friendly and professional and they spend time to ensure you're well looked after. Without doubt the best dentists I've been too (I mean who leaves a review for dentists!). The dental nurse is thorough and friendly and really spends "quality time" with your teeth, and the dentist is friendly, very knowledgeable and ensures a pro-active professional plan for your teeth! Highly Recommend visiting.

Just want to say a huge thanks to Dr Vas for his above and beyond service today. An urgent tooth issue arose today at lunch time and unfortunately my dentist closes early on Fridays. After explaining my urgent matter to Bay Dental, they were able to squeeze me in at the end of the day. Dr Vas did an awesome job and resolved my urgent issue. The service at Bay Dental is outstanding from the booking process to the dental work. My wife and I live in country NSW and have to travel a distance to get to any service provider. So going to get dental work done would normally be a big issue especially if multiple visits are required. However at Bay Dental Dr Vas was able to examine our teeth, determine that a crown was a requirement for my wife and then build the crown and install it in the same visit. The new technology used at Bay Dental is amazing and a time saver. Dr Vas and his team are very caring and talented. Highly recommended.

I had major dental work done this week. I find it unfortunate to read a review of a negative experience from Bay Dental. Price is always a concern for everyone, however once you have been faced with serious infection and resulting trauma, Bay Dental will do the upmost to help you. Both Denist I have had this week have been remarkable in professionalism and duty of care. I find they are very approachable to discuss a wide range of options, including materials and costs. In as much as you can enjoy a dental visit, Bay Dental makes it enjoyable. I can't speak highly enough of the entire staff, from Vas (the owner) to the dental assistants and receptionists, everyone was just wonderful. Would happily pay a premium to see them, yet they're competitively priced as well.

I'm grateful to have found Dr Vas Kalyvas more then decade ago, and he consistently does the right thing. He is professional and expert at dentistry. He genuinely caring and concerned about how a patient feels during the procedure. If you are looking for a dentist you could not do better.
