Bakers Delight Salamander Bay

It's lovely to have actual customer service these days. The young lady who helped me was very polite and was patient with me as we tried to choose a treat for my grandson.
It was a great choice and we will definitely be back and hopefully we are greeted by the same lovely young lady.

The lovely girls that were working this afternoon made my entire day, unfortunately I didn't ask their names. They were so friendly and helpful, I'd had an awful day and they really turned it around. I haven't had a blueberry scone in 10 years, but they taste exactly like I remember. Thank you girls, I was truly delighted and you're a credit to your team.

02/08/2023 I Came back 2nd time to get croissant, because I like their croissants it does taste good. It didn’t bother me at 1st the quality of customer service that is really average, almost none. It bother me now because the girl that serve and put the croissant in the paper bag made no effort to give the Customer best product they have, instead of giving me an item that is not perfect. it’s just unacceptable. I like their product, but the girls that serve there just put me off from buying again.

Nice bread but the Hot cross buns were Not the best Flat half baked 🙀🙀👎👎

Poor service, turned up just before closing and was waiting for other people to be served, then turned away because it was past closing time. Other people behind me also turned away. One person only serving whilst another 3 staff out the back watching not do anything.
